2、 skills and knowledge in the interests of the Company, and to meet their own personal needs and those of the owners.为所有员工提供提高自身技能和知识的机会,为公司创造效益,并满足员工本人及投资者的需要。Policy 政策:All associates have equal opportunity to learn skills and knowledge relevant to their position and to career paths, as approved by

3、the Company.在公司允许的情况下,每个员工都有平等的机会学习与其工作和事业发展相关的知识和技能。1. The Director of Human Resources/Training Manager / Officer is responsible for coordinating the training efforts at the company.人力资源总监/培训经理/主任负责统筹赛德水泥(贵州)管理有限公司和合资公司的培训工作。2. It is a Division/Department Heads responsibility to ensure that jobs sk

4、ills and knowledge training occurs.部门主管有责任确保实施部门技能和知识培训。3. It is the department head duty to appoint a departmental trainer to make the inner training as well as cooperating the training manager / officer for all training work.部门主管有责任和义务确定本部门的培训专员以进行本部门培训以及协助公司统一的培训工作。4. It is each associates respon

5、sibility to ensure that they learn to master the requirements of their job, attend training willingly, and participate actively.员工有责任确保他们掌握工作所需技能,并自愿参加和积极参与培训。5. From time to time, associates will be invited to attend generic training programs in line with their job requirements and career plans. Th

6、e associate will be paid at their normal rate of pay during attendance, or as other wise advised by the General Manager .员工会经常被邀请参加与其工作需求及事业计划相一致的基础培训:新员工入职培训,部门入职培训,部门月度培训,公司月度培训。员工参加培训会正常获得工资,或者个别情况由总经理决定。7. Management members and Department Head are expected to participate in delivering certain m

7、odules in specific trainings.公司管理层及各部门经理有责任分担各培训课程的讲解。8. There must be an attendees present record and trainee surveys for every training. 培训人员签到表和培训效果问卷调查是每次培训应准备的必须材料(样表附后)。Procedures程序1. Orientation 入职培训Policy & Procedure 政策与程序:All new employees will attend company orientation arranged by Human R

8、esources Department. All new employees will be welcomed in a professional & friendly manner, to be given information about Scitus, new work place and the expectations of the company.所有新员工在试用期内都将参加由人力资源部组织的入职培训。所有新员工都会受到专业、友好的欢迎;并了解赛德水泥,了解新的工作岗位及公司的期望等。1. HR Clark will print out a new employee name l

9、ist at the end of each month and submit to Training Manager / Officer.人力资源文员随时打印出新入职员工名单以及其入职时间交给培训经理/主任。2. Training Manager / Officer will work out the orientation schedule if there are more than 5 new employees.如人数超过5人或5人以上的新员工一起入职的第二天,培训经理/主任将安排入职培训(此条仅适用于合资公司; 集团公司不受此限制)。3. HR Clerk will advice

10、the Training Manager / Officer of any staff who has been in the company / plant for more than one month but has not attended the orientation.人事文员负责提示培训经理/主任有多少人已入职一个月以上却还未参加入职培训。4. Training Manager / Officer will advise each manager/Department Head the dates and who should be attending orientation f

11、rom their Dept. at least one week in advance.培训经理/主任应至少提前一周通知各部门主管入职培训的时间及参加培训的人员名单。5. Training Manager / Officer will distribute the Training Activity Outline for orientation to all management members at least one week prior to the commencement date.培训经理/主任将在新员工入职之日至少一周前将入职培训的培训活动纲要发给所有管理团队人员。6. Tr

12、aining Manager / Officer works on the preparation for the orientation and makes sure everything is in place.培训经理/主任将准备入职培训,使一切准备就绪:1)Prepare the PowerPoint documents, any handouts and other training resources.准备幻灯材料,分发资料及其它信息资源。2)Make sure all presenters are available on the day required. If not, fi

13、nd other alternative presenters.确保所有培训师可在当天进行培训,否则找其他人代替。3)One day before remind all by email or others what time they will do their presentations.提前一天通过电子邮件/或其它有效的方式提醒每个培训师其培训的时间。8. Training Manager / Officer to conduct the Company orientation according to the schedule.培训经理/主任按计划主持入职培训。9. Managemen

14、t members and Department Head are expected to participate in delivering certain modules in the Orientation.公司管理层及各部门经理有责任分担入职培训各课程的讲解。10. If the associate hasnt taken the orientation after three months in the company, it will be regarded and as Absence for three days.如有员工因自身原因两个月以上未参加入职培训,将划属缺席两天。11

As a minimum Company Orientation should include 入职培训应至少包含以下内容: An introduction to Scitus Group and the history of our investing company 赛德集团及投资公司历史的介绍 Introduction to Management Group 公司管理团队介绍 Introductions to Department Heads and their responsibilities 介绍各部门经理及其职责 Familiarization with facilities

16、of the Company, including a company tour 熟悉公司设施,带领参观公司 Grooming & Personal Hygiene 仪容仪表 Telephone Manner 电话礼仪 Security & Fire Safety 安全与消防 Associates Handbook员工手册11. Fulfill the Attendees Record and “ Trainees survey”.完善培训签到表和培训效果问卷调查。各合资公司培训经理/主任应按照上述程序进行新员工入职培训,并将每次培训计划、进程和结果随时报以贵州管理公司培训部。2. Depar

17、tmental Orientation部门入职培训Policy & Procedure 政策与程序All new employees will attend departmental orientation arranged by each Department. All new employees will be welcomed in a professional & friendly manner, to be given information about his own job description, his own department and its standards and

18、 procedures.所有新员工都将参加由本部门组织的部门入职培训。所有新员工都会受到专业、友好的欢迎;并了解自身的工作职责以及本部门的标准和程序。1. Each department should appoint one associate as departmental trainer.每个部门将指派一位人员作为本部门的培训专员。2. Each new associate will receive a “Welcoming Kit” on the first day at work. HR department and departmental trainer will assist t

19、he training manager / officer to prepare the “Welcoming Kit”. 每位新入职员工将在报到第一天获取一份“欢迎夹”。人力资源部及行政部和各部门培训专员将协助培训经理/主任准备“欢迎夹”。“欢迎夹”的内容将包括: A Welcome Letter from the General Manager由首席执行官/总经理发布的欢迎信 One copy of the Organization Chart for Management Team 管理团队组织结构图 One copy of the Organization Chart for thei

Training Policy & Procedure赛德水泥(贵州)管理有限公司(合资公司)培训政策和程序 One copy of Job Description 岗位职责 One copy of New Associate Training Profile/Certification 新员工培训计划

Training Manager / Officer / Department trainer or anyone appointed by the Department Head must explain every item in the “Welcoming kit” to the new/transferred associate.部门培训专员必须向新入职

23、/调部门员工解释“欢迎夹”中的每个内容。4. Department “Welcoming kit” is always the important part of departmental orientation. 部门欢迎夹将总是部门入职培训的其中一个重要的内容。5. Departmental trainer should hold the departmental orientation in one week after the company orientation. The departmental orientation should include: 各个部门培训专员必须在由公司

24、人力资源部组织的入职培训一周以内举行部门入职培训。内容应当 包括但不限于: Departmental organization chart 本部门组织结构图 Departmental function and its standard and procedure 本部门职能、标准与程序 How to use the departmental forms本部门控制表格的运用 Job description 新员工工作职责 Professional knowledge related 涉及本部门专业知识6. Fulfill the Attendees Record and “ Trainees s

25、urvey”.完善培训签到表和培训效果问卷调查。7. Each departmental trainer should prepare the orientation materials mentioned above and make copies in company training department. If there is any amendment, it must be reported to the company trainingdepartment accordingly.各部门培训专员应准备上述部门入职培训材料并交予公司培训部存档。如有变化,须及时更改并通知培训部。合

26、资公司各部门应按照上述程序进行新员工部门入职培训,并将每次培训计划、进程和结果随时报以合资公司培训部,合资公司培训部报送贵州管理公司培训部。3. Department Training Plan & Report部门培训计划和报告 Policy & Procedure 政策与程序Each month the Dept. Head/Dept. Trainer will prepare the Monthly Training Plan and demand tailored to the department operation and submit to the Training Manage

27、r / Officer.每月部门经理/部门培训专员负责按照本部门运作情况制定月度培训计划&报告交给培训经理/主任。1. Training Manager /Officer will issue the Departmental Monthly Training Plan & Report on 25th of each month.每月25号培训经理/主任将发放部门月度培训计划&报告 (样表附后)。2. Dept. Head/Dept. Trainer to plan and schedule training for the following month and complete the

28、“Planned” part of the form as well as the training demand report if needed.部门主管/培训专员负责计划下月培训并完成月度培训计划和报告。3. Division Head will signe under “Reviewed By”.部门主管在“审查人”一栏签字。7. Dept. Head/Dept. Trainer must inform Training Manager / Officer about the training date and topic by email before the 1st of next

29、 month.部门主管/培训专员在下月1号前将培训计划电邮通知培训经理/主任。8. Dept. Head/Dept. Trainer to inform the staff who will be attending the training.部门主管/培训专员将通知参加培训的员工。9. After the departmental training fulfilled, the Training Plan & Report must be returned to the training manager / officer.部门培训完成之后,上述部门月培训计划&报告必须返还培训经理/主任。1

30、0. Training Manager / Officer will review the Training Plan & Report as well as Demand if needed and keep it in the Training Tracking System.培训经理/主任将审查培训计划&报告并将其存放在培训跟进档案中。11. Each month the Training Manager / Officer will choose one training session from each department to do a random check.每月培训经理/

31、主任会从每个部门中随意挑选一次培训进行抽查。12. If theres any change to the Scheduled Training, the Training Manager/Officer should be advised before the commencement of the training.如计划的培训有任何变化,须在培训之前通知培训经理/主任。4. Department Training Demand部门培训需求汇报 Policy & Procedure 政策与程序The Dept. Head/Dept. Trainer will prepare the Tra

32、ining Demand tailored to the department operation and submit to the Training Manager / Officer.部门主管/培训专员负责按照本部门运作情况制定培训需求交给培训经理/主任。1. The training manager/officer will issue the Department Training Demand to each department (See attached table).培训经理 /主任发放部门培训需求表至各部门。2. The department head/trainer wi

33、ll fill in the form and submit to the Training Manager/Officer in time. 部门主管/培训专员将填写上述表格然后及时交至培训经理/主任处。3. Department head should sign on the form mentioned above. 部门主管应在上述表格中签名。4. The training manager / officer should review and evaluate the training demand accordingly and inform the department head

34、/trainer if the demand will be followed and its detailed arrangement if needed. 培训经理/主任会认真审核以及评价部门所报培训需求的必要性与可行性,如有必要,取得人力资源总 监或总经理的批准后,按照要求安排 并及时通知部门主管/培训专员;如此培训需求经评价并无必要和可行性,培训经理/主任需给予充分 理由并及时告知部门主管/培训专员。此培训政策与程序中的“部门”在合资公司厂区以车间为单位。5. Seasonal Training Plan季度培训计划 Policy & Procedure 政策与程序Training M

35、anager / Officer reports to the HR Director the training plan and training report every each three months.培训经理/主任负责向人力资源总监汇报每季度培训计划。合资公司培训经理/主任同时向集团公司培训部汇报每季度培训计划。1. Training manager / officer will submit the seasonally training plans to HR Director for the review. If got confirmation, it should be

36、followed accordingly. 培训经理/主任每季度,即每年元月一日、四月一日、七月一日和十月一日前5个工作日内将培训计划 交至人力资源总监处审核。培训计划得到确认后,将按照步骤认真施行。 合资公司上述培训计划得到批准后,报送集团公司培训部。2. The training plan should contain the following contents: the subject, the purpose, the trainee, the method, the trainer, the equipment and the budget. 培训计划包括培训主题、目的、培训对象、培训方式 (内训还是外训、培训师、地点、需要准备的器 材等)、以及培训预算等。3. There should be at least one training each month in the seasonally training plan. 季度培训计划中应保证至少每月举行一次培训活动。
