1、Holiday Social Practice ReportDuring this summer vacation, I took a part time job in “Help you to learn” ,which is a training school. As a student who will be a senior next term, I realized that I should take every opportunity to accumulate my experience and enhance my ability so as to find a good j
2、ob after graduation. With this resolution in my heart ,the extremely hot temperature is nothing.After three interviews I succeeded to obtain this opportunity at length. Knowing this, I was very exciting and hopeful. I couldnt help using my knowledge in real teaching. And I dreamed to become a real t
3、eacher as soon as possible. However ,there did exist some distance between reality and my dreams. First, the salary was extremely low. It seemed that I was going to work as a volunteer. But I didnt care that since getting experience was the most important thing. Second, I needed to do much more work
4、 than just teaching. For example, I had to giving out advertizing papers in the first ten days .what was worse ,I should do the cleaning job in certain classroom. In order to get this opportunity, I yielded to the employer. Third, the living conditions of the teaching place was beyond my worst assum
5、ption. The room for the six employed teachers was very bad. The beds were dirty and broken. And there was even no desk. Luckily, the was a air conditioner though it was dripping water all the time. For this job, I had made all preparation to face any difficulty. Nothing could stop me.I worked as an
6、English teacher. But this job made me tired every day. I taught students in grade four ,five, six, and even students in junior high school. I had to prepare for classes of the next day every night since I had at least four classes every day. The was no weekend at all. students in primary school were
7、 naughty .therefore, I needed to take effort to keep the order of the class. but I still loved these lovely kids. I was very glad that they loved and respected me as well. as for the class of the junior school students, it was not easy for me to teach. Because the levels of the students knowledge an
8、d ability were quite different. Some students were quite excellent. Unfortunately some other student knowledge was very poor. Therefore I had to prepare a class which was suitable for them all. This took me a lot of efforts.As a student who never gave class before, I met a lot of challenge. Undisput
9、ably , I lacked experience. sometimes the students were to active and interrupted and disturbed my teaching. On the contrary, sometimes they were not so active. When many students lowed their heads down and didnt pay attention to my teaching I would become upset. I always tried to cheer them up and
10、enliven the whole class thought sometimes I failed .I realized that I still needed to learn a lot.In conclusion, we university students still have a lot to improve. First, we need to accumulate our experience badly. Only when we own enough experience can we be competent to become a good teacher. Sec
11、ond, we still need to learn knowledge modestly, since the ground of knowledge is boundless. We should never stop our footstep toward knowledge. Finally, in the face of the fierce competition of the society, we shouldnt be pride or arrogant at all. Instead, we should keep being modest all the time. W
12、e should remind of ourselves not to complain at poor conditions. Whenever there is need we should be hardworking enough to accept bad conditions.
