By donating blood, we can fill the blood bank and ensure doctors enough blood to save patients life. 首先，捐血可以让他人受益。通常，医院都需要预备大量的血给那

If we keep on donating blood, then our hematopoietic function will be strengthened. So the blood viscosity will be lower and the velocity of blood flow will speed up. Consequently, it will help people to relieve or prevent high blood viscosity. 其次，捐血可以更健康。持续捐血会提高造血机能。血液粘稠度会降低，血液流度会提高。这样一来，可以缓解或预防高粘血症。 In conclusion, by donating blood, not only can we help others to some extent, but also we can be healthier. 总之，献血不仅能在肯定程度上关心他人，同时，我们也会变得更加健康。 2
