15、tershigh.Inthisareaof12,600squaremeters,sixthousandlife-sizedwarriorsandhorsesofterra-cottawerefoundinrectangularbattleformation.Thetroopswereofafairlyuniformheightof1.8meters.Theywearhelmetsandarmorandcarryrealbowsandarrows,swords,lances,javelinsandcrossbowsintheirhands.Eachchariot,madeofwood,isdra

20、unusuallytallfigureat1.95metershasbeenunearthed.Hisarmorisinterlinkedandoverlappedwithfinermetalpiecesthanthatofthecommonsoldiers,andheisbelievedtobeahigh-rankingcommanderofthe1egion.Vault3isamodestbuildingmoreresemblingagallery.Ithas69potterywarriorswithdefensiveweaponsandawoodenchariotpulledbyfour
