2、属于新型建筑材料，具有优越的综合性能比。管路敷设1） 管材及附件进入施工现场应符合如下标准：a套接紧定式钢导管管路的管材、连接套管及盒(箱)组成的电线管路，应采用同一金属材料制作，并应镀锌，紧定螺钉应采用高强度原材料制作。管材、连接套管及其金属附件使用的原材料应符合国家现行标准的规定，产品应附有出厂合格证和检验报告。b套接紧定式钢导管管路的管材、连接套管、螺钉及其附件，安装前应进行外观检查，且应符合下列规定：（1）型号、规格符合设计要求，管材表面有明显、不脱落的产品标识；（2）金属内、外壁镀层均匀，完好，无剥落、锈蚀等现象；（3）管材、连接套管及其金属附件内、外壁表面光洁，无毛刺、飞边、砂眼、
3、气泡、裂纹、变形等缺陷；（4）管材、连接套管及其金属附件，璧厚均匀，管口边缘平整、光滑；（5）连接套管的长度不小于管外径的23.5倍；（6）连接套管中心凹型槽弧度均匀，位置垂直、正确，凹槽深度与钢导管管壁厚度一致；（7）紧定螺钉符合产品设计要求，螺纹整齐、光滑、配合良好，顶针尖固，旋转紧定脱落的“脖颈”尺寸准确。2） 管路敷设应按以下标准进行：a套接紧定式钢导管管路有下列情况之一时，中间应增设拉线盒或接线盒，其位置应便于穿线：(1) 管路长度每超过30m，无弯曲。(2) 管路长度每超过20m，有一个弯曲；(3) 管路长度每超过15m，有两个弯曲；审核人交底人接受交底人1. 本表由施工单位填写，

5、超过30m，应增设固定导线用的拉线盒。d套接紧定式钢导管管路明敷设时，管材的弯曲半径不宜小于管材外径的6倍。当两个接线盒间只有一个弯曲时，其弯曲半径不宜小于管材外径的4倍。e套接紧定式钢导管管路明敷设时，支架、吊架的规格，当无设计要求时，不应小于下列规定：(1)圆钢：直径6mm。(2)扁钢：30mm3mm。(3)角钢：25mm25mm3mm。f套接紧定式钢导管管路水平或垂直明敷设时，其水平或垂直安装的允许偏差为1.5%，全长偏差不应大于管内径的1/2。g套接紧定式钢导管管路明敷设时，排列应整齐，固定点牢固，间距均匀，其最大间距应符合下表的规定：h套接紧定式钢导管管路明敷设时，固定点与终端、弯头

7、于管外径的10倍。k套接紧定式钢导管管路埋入墙体或混凝土内时，管路与墙体或混凝土表面净距不应小于15mm。l套接紧定式钢导管管路暗敷设时，管路固定点应牢固，且应符合下列规定：(1)敷设在钢筋混凝土墙及楼板内的管路，紧贴钢筋内侧与钢筋绑扎固定。直线敷设时，固定点间距不大于1000mm。(2)敷设在砖墙、砌体墙内的管路，垂直敷设剔槽宽度不宜大于管外径5mm，固定点间距不大于1000mm，连接点外侧一端200mm处，增设固定点。(3)敷设在预制圆孔板上的管路平顺，紧贴板面。固定点间距不大于1000mm。m套接紧定式钢导管管路进入落地式箱(柜)时，排列应整齐，管口高出配电箱(柜)基础面宜为5080mm
