2、副组长：何 卫 组 员：徐 超 姜武 李显怀应急工作领导小组的主要职责是负责相关应急管理政策的实施，确定安全生产应急处置方案，建立兼职应急救援队伍和资源储备，负责现场应急救援指挥工作。领导小组下设应急救援工作组。应急救援工作组是应急救援领导小组的日常办事机构。负责平时的应急准备，事故发生时接受报告、信息报送、组织联络应急状态下的沟通协调。应急救援工作组设在运渣现场，实行24小时值班。应急救援工作组下设5个分队队：（1）现场防护队 负责人：高彬 职责：对煤渣运输现场设置安全警示标志标牌，拉警戒线，同时提醒过往行人注意安全。（2）抢险队 负责人：何卫 职责：负责现场所需抢险物资的搬运及现场抢救工作
3、。（3）运输队 负责人：何先波 职责：负责指挥负责铲车、货车等日常运行指挥，保障事故发生后通往渣场的公路畅通。（4）维修队负责人：李显胜职责：负责货运车辆的日常管理维护监督、公路坑洼地势的填补等维修工作。4应急响应4.1事故分级按照事故严重程度和影响范围，将事故分为二级：级：造成人员死亡或可能造成多人伤害的事故。级：做成人员伤害或经济损失较大的事故。如：一般性火灾、塌方等地质灾害事故。4.2事故报告发生事故后现场人员立即上报。根据事故情况和严重程度，现场人员采取相应的安全措施进行自救互救，并将事故情况上报相关负责人。4.3指挥与控制值班人员接到事故报告后，立即通知应急工作领导小组，按照领导小组
