2、全技术交底：(一)电焊施工 1、焊工必须经安全技术培训、考核，持证上岗。 2、作业时应穿戴工作服、绝缘鞋、电焊手套、防护面罩、护目镜等防护用品，高处作业时系安全带。 3、焊接作业现场周围lOm范围内不得堆放易燃易爆物品。 4、雨、雪、风力六级以上(含六级)天气不得露天作业。雨、雪后应清除积水、积雪后方可作业。 5、作业前应检查焊机、线路、焊机外壳保护接零等，确认安全后方可作业。 6、严禁在易燃易爆气体或液体扩散区域内、运行中的压力管道和装有易燃易爆物品的容器内以及受力构件上焊接和切割。 7、焊接曾储存易燃、易爆物品的容器时，应根据介质性质进行多次置换及清洗，并打开所有孔口，经检测确认安全后方可
3、作业。8、在密封容器内施焊时，应采取通风措施。间歇作业时焊工应到外面休息。容器内照明电压不得超过12V。焊工身体应用绝缘材料与焊件隔离。焊接时必须设专人监护，监护人应熟知焊接操作规程和抢救方法。 9、焊接铜、铝、铅、锌等合金金属时，必须佩戴防护用品，在通风良好的地方作业。在有害介质场所进行焊接时，应采取防毒措施，必要时进行强制通风。10、施焊地点潮湿，焊工应在干燥的绝缘板或胶垫上作业，配合人员应穿绝缘鞋或站在绝缘板上。应定期检查绝缘鞋的绝缘情况。 1l、焊接时临时接地线头严禁浮搭，必须固定、压紧，用胶布包严。12、工作中遇下列情况应切断电源：改变电焊机接头；移动二次线；转移工作地点；检修电焊机
4、；暂停焊接作业。13、高处作业时，必须符合下列要求：与电线的距离不得小于2 5m；必须使用标准的防火安全带，并系在可靠的构架上；必须在作业点正下方5m外设置护栏，并设专人值守。必须清除作业点下方区域易燃、易爆物品；必须使用盔式面罩。焊接电缆应绑紧在固定处，严禁绕在身上或搭在背上作业；必须在稳固的平台上作业。焊机必须放置平稳、牢固，设良好的接地保护装置。14、焊接时二次线必须双线到位，严禁用其他金属物作二次线回路。15、焊接电缆通过道路时，必须架高或采取其他保护措施。 16、焊把线不得放在电弧附近或炽热的焊缝旁。不得碾轧焊把线。应采取防止焊把线被利器物损伤的措施。 17、清除焊渣时应佩戴防护眼镜
5、或面罩。焊条头应集中堆放。18、下班后必须拉闸断电，必须将地线和把线分开。(二)、气焊施工 1、焊工必须经安全技术培训、考核，持证上岗。 2、作业时应穿戴工作服、绝缘鞋、电焊手套、防护面罩、护目镜等防护用品高处作业时按要求正确系好安全带。 3、焊接作业现场周围lOm范围内不得堆放易燃易爆物品。 4、雨、雪、风力六级以上(含六级)天气不得露天作业。雨、雪后应清除积水、积雪后方可作业。 5、点燃焊(割)炬时，应先开乙炔阀点火，然后开氧气阀调整火焰。关闭时应先关闭乙炔阀。再关闭氧气阀。 6、点火时，焊炬口不得对着人，不得将正在燃烧的焊炬放在工件或地面上。焊炬带有乙炔气和氧气时，不得放在金属容器内。
6、7、作业中发现气路或气阀漏气时，必须立即停止作业。 8、作业中若氧气管着火应立即关闭氧气阀门，不得折弯腔管断气；若乙炔管着火，应先关熄炬火，可用弯折前面一段软管的办法止火。 9、高处作业时，氧气瓶、乙炔瓶、液化气瓶不得放在作业区域正下方，应与作业点正下方保持在10m以上的距离。必须清除作业区域下方的易燃物。 10、不得将橡胶软管背在背上操作。 11、作业后应卸下减压器；拧上气瓶安全帽；将软管盘起捆好，挂在室内干燥处；检查操作场地，确认无着火危险后方可离开。 12、冬天露天作业时，如减压阀软管和流量计冻结，应使用热水(热水袋)、蒸汽或暖气设备化冻。严禁用火烘烤。 （三）、使用电焊设备应按照如下要
7、求进行操作： 1、电焊设备的安装、修理和检查必须由电工进行。焊机和线路发生故障时，应立即切断电源，并通知电工修理。 2、使用电焊机前，必须检查绝缘及接线情况，接线部分不得腐蚀、受潮及松动。 3、电焊机必须安放在通风良好、干燥、无腐蚀介质、远离高温高湿和多粉尘的地方。露天使用的焊机应设防雨棚，焊机应用绝缘物垫起，垫起高度不得小于20crn，按要求配备消防器材。 4、电焊机的配电系统开关、漏电保护装置等必须灵敏有效，导线绝缘必须良好。 5、电焊机必须设单独的电源开关、自动断电装置。电源开关、自动断电装置必须放在防雨的闸箱内，装在便于操作之处，并留有安全通道。 6、电焊机的外壳必须有可靠的保护接零。
8、必须定期检查电焊机的保护接零线。 7、电焊机电源线必须绝缘良好，长度不得大于5m。 8、电焊机焊接电缆线必须使用多股细铜线电缆，其截面应根据电焊机使用要求选用。电缆外皮必须完好、柔软，其绝缘电阻不小于1M0。焊接电缆线长度不得大于30m。 9、电焊机内部应保持清洁，定期吹净尘土。清扫时必须切断电源。 10、电焊机启动后，必须空载运行一段时间。调节焊接电流及极性开关应在空载下进行。直流焊机空载电压不得超过90V，交流焊机空载电压不得超过80V。11、严禁用拖拉电缆的方法移动焊机，移动电焊机时，必须切断电源。焊接中途突然停电，必须立即切断电源。12、使用交流电焊机作业应按照下列要求进行操作：多台焊
9、机接线时三相负载应平衡，初级线上必须有开关及熔断保护器。电焊机应绝缘良好。焊接变压器的一次线圈绕组与二次线圈绕组之间、绕组与外壳之间的绝缘电阻不得小于1Mn。电焊机必须安装一、二次线接线保护罩。电焊机的工作应依照设计规定，不应超载运行。作业中应经常检查电焊机的温升超过A级60C、B级80C时必须停止运转。13、使用硅整流电焊机作业应按照下列要求进行操作：使用硅整流电焊机时，必须开启风扇，运转中应无异响，电压表指示值应正常。应经常清洁硅整流器及各部件，清洁工作必须在关机断电后进行。（四）气焊设备应按照如下要求进行操作：1、使用氧气瓶应符合下列要求：氧气瓶应与其他易燃气瓶、油脂和易燃、易爆物品分别
10、存放。存储高压气瓶时应旋紧瓶帽、放置整齐、留有通道分别存放。气瓶库房应与高温、明火地点保持10m以上的距离。库房内必须按规定配备消防器材。氧气瓶在运输时应平放，并加以固定，其高度不得超过车厢槽帮。严禁用自行车、叉车或起重设备吊运高压钢瓶。氧气瓶应设有防震圈和安全帽，搬运和使用时严禁撞击。氧气瓶阀不得沾有油脂、灰尘，不得用带油脂的工具、手套或工作服接触氧气瓶阀。氧气瓶不得在强烈日光下暴光晒，夏季露天工作时，应搭设防晒罩、棚。氧气瓶与焊炬、炉子和其他明火的距离应不小于10m。与乙决瓶的距离不得小于5m。 (10)开启氧气瓶阀门时，操作人员不得面对减压器，应用专用工具。开启动作要缓慢，压力表指针应灵
