Corrosion- Modified (1) PURPOSE 目的 To provide a method for testing the corrosion resistance of non-stick coating systems. 用来测试不粘涂料的耐盐水腐蚀性。(2) PRINCIPLE 原理Exposure of coating systems to a boiling 10% NaCL (salt) solu
3、tion for a total of 24 hours. 喷涂一指定涂料体系的锅子中，盛放10%的氯化钠（盐水）溶液，煮沸24 hrs。(3) APPARATUS 仪器3.1 Heat source 热源3.2 10% NaCL solution 10 %的氯化钠溶液3.3. De-ionized Water 去离子水(4) PREPARATION 准备4.1 Prepare test specimens in accordance to the procedure outlined on the product fact sheet for proper application, dryi
4、ng and baking of the specified Teflon. system. 按照产品技术说明书的程序要求正确准备测试样品，干燥并烘烤指定的特富龙涂料体系。4.2 Prepare 10% by weight, salt solution by combining 8 tablespoons (106 gr) Table Salt and 4 cups (960 gr) de-ionized water. 将8汤匙（106 gr）食盐溶解于4杯去离子水中以得到重量百分比10%的食盐溶液。4.3 Prepare a mild dish detergent solution with

Wash the test specimens in dish detergent solution. 用洗涤剂清洗测试样品。l Rinse in cold water. 冷水淋洗测试样品。l Dry thoroughly. 完全干燥。l Visually inspect coating surface for surface defects.用肉眼检查涂料表面缺陷。 l Draw a diagram of the test specimen surface. 用圆规画出测试面积表面草图。l
6、Record all surface imperfections on the reference diagram. 在草图上标出所有的表面缺陷。5.2 Pour the 10% salt solution into the clean test specimen to a level past the midway point of the side wall of the vessel. 倒入10%的食盐水溶液于测试样品中，至少要达到其内壁一半的高度l Mark the water level on the side wall of the test specimen. 在测试样品内壁标注

Record

11、ce diagram. 用肉眼检查样品表面的缺陷并记录在参考草图上。(6) EVALUATION 评价 6.1. Using the supplied Blister Rating Guide, compare the mapping diagram to the figures for the appropriate rating assessment. The test method and the rating system are subjective. There
