35、施工索赔工作 ( d ) do well construction claim work作为建设单位，加强索赔控制，应加强关键环节的管理和控制，避免由于主观人为因素造成施工单位索赔；做好施工过程中各种现场记录、报表、日志、会议纪要、备忘、签收手续、监理通知、进度记录、验收资料、工程照片等可作为索赔和反索赔证据的资料收集、整理工作；公正、合理、及时地处理索赔的发生，避免产生更大的索赔损失；依据招投标文件、合同文件、国家的法律、法规、规范标准等，有理有节地进行反索赔。 As the construction unit, strengthen the claim control, should st

44、二）深入工地，全面掌握工程实况 ( two ) into the site, to fully grasp the truth预算员在工程量计算阶段必须要深入工地现场核对、丈量、记录才能准确无误。 Budget calculation stage must be in-depth site check, measure, record can be accurate in the engineering quantity.（三）熟悉掌握专业知识、讲究职业道德 ( three ) familiar with professional knowledge, pay attention to occ
