1、【精品文档】如有侵权，请联系网站删除，仅供学习与交流巨型钢管柱现场安装施工技术：.精品文档.巨型钢管柱现场安装施工技术：一、 工程概况：屋顶网壳由124根梭形钢管柱支承，共计7100多吨。安装形式分为两种：一种为垂直钢管柱、一种为斜柱。垂直钢管柱分为两个部位：核心区部位钢管柱就位在0.3m、5.05m、10.3m、层混凝土顶板上（共28根），Lmax=38.035m、Qmax=108.5t、max=3.027；指廊部位钢管直柱（共22根）就位在-6.3m的结构底板上, Lmax=29.832m、Qmax=63.2t、max=1.86；钢管斜柱（74根）就位在（外围）基础底板上，柱长Lmax=2
2、.9376m、Qmax=121t、max=1.240m。二、 施工方法及创新点2.1难点与创新点（1）本工程设计新颖，结构复杂，屋面覆盖面积大，钢筋砼结构、劲性砼结构与钢结构连为一体，与土建工程的交叉施工是本工程的难点；（2）外围钢管斜柱与地面的夹角为75.5度，最重约86吨（74根），斜柱安装的精度控制及加固措施是保证安装质量的关键，是本工程的难点。 （3）施工难度大，技术复杂；工期紧，协作配合单位多；现场施工不定因素多；（4）计要求钢柱柱脚应在网架安装定位完成后最终锚固。在此之前的施工过程中钢柱（尤其是斜柱）不能形成稳定结构，与砼楼层的永久拉结点，也需等到砼达到一定强度时才能稳定。因此，施
3、工过程中，必须采取各种支顶稳定且可以调整的措施。其次，各部位钢结构安装同时进行，设备、材料使用量大。（5）核心区面积大，巨型钢柱，立面梭型，构件长，重量大。管柱直径大3027，单根柱最重可达89.522t，分节后单节重量可达45.884t，长度最大为38.095m；（6）钢柱需在不同的三层楼板上安装，只能采取提升滑移法施工，不能用机械安装，是本工程的难点。（7）南指廊巨型钢管直柱部分由于重量大，构件长，吊车站在外侧无法安装就位，因此需要在指廊内侧的-6.198m的混凝土底板上立MC480塔式起重机，安装两侧的钢管柱及屋面结构，由于塔式行走路线长，需要边吊装边倒轨，安装难度大。2.2施工方法：1
4、24根巨型钢管柱，分布于整个航站楼14万余平方米的水平作业面上，其中安装分为四个部位：预埋件、东西两翼、指廊、核心区。（1）巨型钢管直柱的施工顺序及施工方法：巨型钢管直柱的施工分为三个部位即：核心区、指廊的直柱及钢管斜柱施工。在这里重点介绍核心区钢管直柱的提升滑移施工方法。核心区部位的钢管直柱的施工顺序与方法：首都机场T3B核心区部位的面积约50000平方米，28根钢管柱分别生根于以施工的一、二、三层结构顶板上，此部分钢柱最大直径为max=3027mm，最重Qmax=86.3t，长Lmax=38.095m。由于钢柱巨大，钢柱就位位置距外侧回转半径大（距外侧最远距离为108米、最近距离为 18米
5、），无法用吊车就位，安装方法采用“两滑一提”的施工工艺安装巨型钢管柱的施工技术,“两滑一提”施工工艺：即将钢柱分24段不等，用结构外侧吊车将钢柱放在结构楼板边缘的小车上，用卷扬机为动力，将钢柱滑移到安装位置后，用拔杆提升到超过钢柱内侧的钢筋和设备管后在高空滑移到设计位置（即钢柱上方）后就位。A、提升滑移法施工的提升支架采用：1.21.26m的桅杆组成（经计算后确定）。见下图：钢管材质采用日本STK490钢管焊接而成，共用100节。每一根钢柱用4组为一套顶升支架(24节)，现场共用4套顶升支架倒用。提升支架及上部滑移系统实照B、施工顺序： 在一或二层钢筋砼梁上安装柱底脚螺栓及预埋件，找平底板。及
6、时埋设施工所需埋件及锚板。浇筑钢筋砼梁；放线，钢筋砼达到一定强度； 安装提升滑移支架； 运输第1节柱； 安装第1节柱，校正、固定，柱脚焊接；直柱吊装； 拆除支架； 第2层或第3层钢筋砼施工，及时埋设施工所需埋件及锚板。焊接柱上拉结板钢筋。土建钢筋砼浇筑达到一定强度； 在第2（或第3）层上立提升滑移支架； 运输第2、第3两节柱； 安装第2节柱，校正、焊接、检验合格。安装第3节柱，校正、焊接、检验合格； 拆除提升支架。滑移-提升-滑移过程见下图：4组支架立面顺序示意图（一） 4组支架立面顺序示意图（二） 4组支架立面顺序示意图（三） 4组支架立面顺序示意图（四）4组支架立面顺序示意图（五） 4组支

15、49的8根柱子均采用一次立。C、一套提升滑移设施包括支架4支、滑轨梁、滑动梁及滑动小车。四组提升滑移设施图每根柱配合土建施工拆立二次支架。第一次安第1节圆管直柱，第二次安第2、3节圆管直柱，以便于二层、三层钢筋砼层的施工。圆管直柱共28根。根据所立拔杆的支座反力（见上表）及钢管柱在楼板上的行驶时小车每个轮子的力, 楼板上每平方米的荷载为1.5吨。见下图：提升支架分别需要在-0.3m、+5.05m、+10.3m三层支搭，立提升支架下的混凝土梁下支撑300300的碗扣架子，小车在楼板上行驶路线宽3米范围范围内的楼板下需要支撑600600的碗扣架子。C 支撑支架顶部滑轨梁、滑动梁及滑动小车经截面验算
