2、B50017-2003）5、铁路桥涵工程施工质量验收标准TB1041520036、铁路桥涵工程施工安全技术规程TB1030320097、北京铁路局营业线施工安全管理实施细则京铁师2012755号二、工程概况K141+935.83 6-32m大树沟大桥位于南峧至下湾区间，本次柔性墩加固共计5个桥墩，分别为：1号墩、2号墩、3号墩、4号墩、5号墩，搭设脚手架高度分别为：17.45m，27.65m，32.15m，19.45m，14.45m。三、脚手架方案选择我指挥部考虑到施工工期、质量和安全等要素，在选择方案时，考虑以下几点：1架体的结构设计，做到结构安全可靠，造价经济合理。2在规定的条件下和使用期
3、限内，能够充分满足预期的安全性和耐久性。3选用材料时，做到常见通用、可周转利用，便于保养维修。4结构选型时，做到受力明确，构造措施到位，升降搭拆方便，便于检查验收。5结合本工程的实际情况，综合考虑以往的施工经验，确定脚手架方案为钢管落地式脚手架。四、脚手架材料选择根据现场实际情况结合该项目工程的结构特点，该框架中桥顶板的支承拟采用碗扣式满堂红钢管支顶，立杆横向间距立杆纵向间距横杆步距为120cm120cm120cm，钢管采用48、壁厚3.5mm的钢管。本碗扣式钢管支顶使用的杆件主要有（1）立杆、横杆、交叉支、斜杆（选用48、=3.5mm钢管）；（2）对接扣件、直角扣件、旋转扣件；（3）可调托撑
4、、立杆可调座。五、施工流程及方案1、地基处理根据现场实际情况，脚手架立杆可直接立在底板上，只需设垫木，不需要进行地基处理。若底板范围不够，则需对地基进行处理，从底板边缘向外围按照35%找坡，回填土夯实，上面铺设5cm厚脚手板，之后在脚手板上铺设垫木，然后再搭设立杆。2、排水设置在距脚手架外排立杆外2.5m处设置排水沟，引至基坑范围以外，防止雨水对基础浸泡，存在安全隐患。3、碗扣式脚手架安装（1）在既有墩身周围碗扣架作为施工平台，碗扣架部分座落于既有基础上，超出既有基础部分对原地面进行平整，夯实，并浇筑30cm厚的C25砼进行硬化，保证脚手架的稳定。支架搭设采用碗扣式支架,除2#、3#墩身采用三
5、排碗扣架外，其它各墩身均搭设双排支架，支架与墩身间距控制在3060cm。脚手板采用竹胶板。（2）搭设在墩身四周，呈矩形布置脚手架架体设剪刀撑，四个面连成一体，保证脚手架整体稳定性。（3）施工平台采用竹胶板，两端采用4mm的镀锌钢丝紧密绑扎，保证牢固稳定。（4）施工平台外侧用密目式安全网封闭。（5）在脚手架H/2和H处设两道缆风绳，缆风绳用合格的钢丝绳，钢筋和铁丝不准代用。地锚要保证承受的拉力，缆风绳与地面成45度角，最大不超过60度。（6）在支架四周均设置一道303030cm的排水沟，在地势较低处505050cm集水坑，排水沟统一引至集水坑。（7）支架的一侧设有人行梯架。梯架宽度为90cm，呈
6、之字型布置。上铺竹胶板，人行梯架的脚手板上应每隔250300mm设置一根防滑木条，木条厚为2030mm。（8）脚手架搭设流程：地基处理定线排放扫地杆竖立杆并与扫地杆扣紧安装第一步大横杆并与各立杆扣紧安装第一步小横杆安装第二步大横杆并与各立杆扣紧安装第二步小横杆 架设临时斜撑安装第三大小横杆加设剪刀撑铺设脚手板绑扎防护和挡脚板。5、斜道（1）采用Z字型斜道。（2）斜道宜附着外脚手架或建筑物设置；斜道宽度不小于0.6m，坡度采用1:1。 斜道两侧及平台外围均应设置栏杆及挡脚板。 斜道跳板横铺时，应在横向水平杆下增设纵向支托杆，纵向支托杆间距不应大于50cm；跳板顺铺时，接头宜采用搭接；下面的板头应
7、压住上面的板头，板头的凸棱外采用三角木填顺；斜道脚手板上应设置防滑木条，木条厚度宜为23cm。6、防护设施（1）在作业层下部架设一道水平兜网，随作业层上升，同时作业不超过两层，设置安全网防护。（2）脚手架外侧使用合格绿色密目式安全网封闭，且将安全网固定在脚手架外立杆里侧。（3）脚手架外侧必须设1.2m高的防护栏杆和30cm高踢脚杆，顶排防护栏杆不少于2排，高度分别为0.6m和1.2m。六、脚手架的检查与验收1、脚手架搭设完毕或分段搭设完毕，应按规定对脚手架工程的质量进行检查，经检查合格后方可交付使用。2、检查脚手架还应注重以下几点：（1）构配件和加固件是否齐全，质量是否合格，连接和挂扣是否紧固
8、可靠。（2）安全网的张挂及扶手的设置是否齐全。（3）基础是否平整坚实、支垫是否符合规定。（4）垂直度及水平度是否合格。七、脚手架安全技术措施（一）技术保证措施1、架子搭设完毕，用合格密目式完全网铺围于架子的外围和底部。2、钢管与扣件进场前应经过检查，合格的才能使用。3、架子搭设全过程监控；架子搭设完毕后由施工单位同监理单位对整个脚手架进行验收检查，验收合格后方可投入使用。4、严禁将模板支架、缆风绳、泵送混凝土输送管道等固定在脚手架上；脚手架严禁悬挂起重设备。5、脚手架的安全性是由架子的整体性和架子结构完整性来保证的，未经允许严禁他人破坏架子结构或在架子上擅自拆除与搭设脚手架各构件。其中在脚手架
9、使用期间，下列杆件严禁拆除：主节点处横纵向水平杆。（二）质量保障措施1、操作人员作业前必须进行岗位技术培训与安全教育。2、技术人员在脚手架搭设、拆除前必须给作业人员下达安全技术交底，并传达至所有操作人员。3、脚手架必须严格依据本施工方案进行搭设，搭设时，技术人员必须在现场监督搭设情况，保证搭设质量达到设计要求。4、脚手架搭设完备，依据施工组织设计与单项作业验收表对脚手架进行验收，发现不符合要求处，必须限时或立即整改。（三）安全保证措施1、架子在搭设（拆卸）过程要做到文明作业，不得从架子上掉落工具、物品，同时必须保证自身安全，高空作业需穿防滑鞋，佩戴安全帽、安全带，未佩戴安全防护用品不得上架子。
10、2、在架子上施工的各工种作业人员，应注意自身安全，不得随意向下、向外抛、掉物品，不得随意拆除安全防护装置。3、雨、雪、雾及六级以上大风等天气，严禁进行脚手架搭设、拆除工作。4、设立安全员对脚手架定期进行检查、保养。5、在脚手架上进行电、气焊作业时，必须有防火措施和专人看护，安全员巡视检查。6、脚手架必须有防止坠物伤人的标识。7、搭拆脚手架期间，地面应设置围栏和警戒标志，严禁非操作人员入内。8、脚手架不得搭设在架空线路的安全距离内，并做好可靠的安全接地处理。9、定期检查脚手架，发现问题和隐患，在施工作业前及时维修和加固，以达到坚固稳定，确保施工安全。10、脚手架搭设人员必须持证上岗，并正确使用安
11、全帽、安全带、穿防护鞋。11、保证脚手架的整体性，不得截断架体。12、严格控制施工荷载，脚手架上不得集中堆放材料，确保较大安全储备。13、结构施工时不允许多层同时作业，同时作业层不超过两层。14、各作业层之间设置可靠的防护栅栏，防止坠物伤人。八、脚手架拆除安全技术措施1、拆架前，全面检查拟拆脚手架，根据检查结果，拟订出作业方案，有计划的进行拆除。2、拆架时应划分作业区，周围设绳绑围栏或竖立警戒标志，地面应设专人指挥，禁止非作业人员进入。3、拆架的高处作业人员应戴安全帽、系安全带、穿防滑鞋等安全防护用品。4、拆架程序应遵守“由上而下，先搭后拆”的原则，即先拆跳板、剪刀撑，而后拆小横杆、大横杆、立
