7、；350*1000；250*500；250*700；250*800；400*1200；300*750；楼板厚度（mm）130；120；100；15011结构砼工程预防碱集料反应管理类别0.000以下及室外构件二b类室内一类卫生间二a类3.施工部署现场四通一平及定位放线计划2010年8月13日开始至2010年8月17日完成。基槽土方开挖计划2010年8月18日开始至2010年8月28日结束。清槽、钎探及验槽计划自2010年8月29日至2010年9月1日。根据现场实际条件，厂区内预留回填用土，方量由预算员进行准确计算确定，余土外运出场。在新建建筑物东北角紧靠原有建筑物，新建建筑物基础埋深比相邻的旧
8、建筑物深2.9m，根据专家论证后的边坡支护方案采取护坡桩对原有建筑物加强保护，基槽边坡采用砼喷锚支护。基础埋深在2.5m至5.2m之间，有地下室部分埋深较深，无地下室部分埋深较浅。有地下室部分挖掘机不能一次开挖到位，所有整体开挖分两步进行。无地下室部分基础为独立基础和条形基础，由于基础较大且埋深较深，所有采用整体开挖，一步开挖到位。具体开挖边线详见施工平面布置图：采用机械开挖，方法为后退式，人工配合清土。土方机械开挖分两步进行，第一步整体开挖至-2.0米。由放线员放好地下室基槽上口线和下口线，第二步机械开挖到位（预留200mm），人工配合清槽。开挖方向详见基槽开挖平面图。4.施工准备4.1主要

10、备、牢固、准确。4.3.4交叉管线已经明确位置。5.操作工艺5.1施工工艺流程现场四通一平定位确定开挖线土方按要求分步开挖部分修坡喷锚支护清槽打钎验槽5.2开挖坡度的确定根据地基勘探报告，基槽土方边坡为杂填土、重粉质粘土、粉质粘土、强风化砾岩。基槽深度在2.5米至5.2米之间，考虑到施工现场比较狭小，按1：0.5放坡，同时对边坡采取砼喷锚加固措施。第一步开挖从临近原有建筑物的地方开始，随后进行原有建筑物保护桩施工。开挖能够满足边坡支护工作面时，立刻插入边坡支护施工。第一步边坡支护施工完毕，进行第二步土方开挖，第二步土方开挖要一次到位，第二步边坡支护随后进行。结构外皮留出500mm工作面，满足施
11、工的需要。地下室与浅基础部分土方开挖放坡为1:0.5。四周预留500mm工作面。依据场区平面轴线控制桩和基础平面图，测放出基槽开挖上口线及下口线，并用白石灰撒出。5.3分层开挖基坑底标高不一，机械开挖采取先整片挖至平均标高，然后再挖个别较深部位。开挖分二步开挖，并修筑1015坡道，以便挖土及运输车辆进出。基坑边角部位，机械开挖不到之处，应用人工配合清坡，将松土清至机械作业半径范围内，再用机械掏取运走。在开挖过程中，应随时检查槽壁和边坡的状态。及时做好边坡加固。机械施工挖不到的土方，如：条基、柱基及边角处应配合人工随时进行挖掘，并用手推车把土方运到机械挖到的地方，以便及时挖走。5.4修帮、清底在
12、距槽底设计标高500槽帮处，抄出水平线，钉上小木橛，然后用人工将暂留土层挖走。同时由两端轴线（中心线）引桩拉通线（用小线或铅丝），检查距槽边尺寸，确定槽宽标准。开挖基坑（槽）土方，在临时存土地点一定留足回填需用的好土，多余的土方应一次运走，避免二次运输。土方开挖严禁超挖，在挖最后一层时预留20cm厚土层人工随机械清挖，防止扰动地基土。在距基坑底50cm以内时，测量放线人员应配合抄出距坑底30cm水平线；自坑边20cm处每隔2-3m，在坑内钉水平标高控制桩，挂水平线，用尺或事先量好的30cm标准尺杆，随时检查基底标高，最后由两端轴线（中心线）引桩拉通线，检查距槽边尺寸，据此修整槽帮，最后清理槽底
13、土方，修底铲平。开挖完后在距基坑边1000mm处设140mm厚300mm高砖墙挡水墙，1：3水泥砂浆抹面，挡水墙内设1.5m高防护栏杆，栏杆竖向间距3m，设三道水平杆并满足挂密目网，首道距地面300mm，其余两道向上间距600mm，保证施工安全。在基坑东侧设钢管脚手架爬梯，以供人员上下基坑使用。5.5地基钎探基坑开挖至设计标高后，应普遍进行钎探，采用机械钎探，钎孔深度2.1m，间距 1.5m成梅花形布置。打钎前根据槽底尺寸画平面图布钎点，标记钎号，按钎探布置图在槽底布点，用红砖盖孔，按钎号每300mm记录锤击次数，记录要真实、清楚签字齐全。认真做好隐蔽工程的记录，汇同勘察、设计、监理单位验槽，
14、验槽合格后方可进行下一道工序。5.6土方回填基础施工完毕应采用压实性较好的2:8灰土回填，压实系数0.95填土前应将基坑（槽）底或地坪上的垃圾等杂物清理干净；回填前，必须清理到基础底面标高，将回落的松散垃圾、砂浆、石子等杂物清除干净。检验回填土的含水率是否在控制范围内，如含水率偏高，可采用翻松、晾晒或均匀掺入干土等措施；如遇回填土的含水率偏低，可采用预先洒水润湿等措施。捡出土中的杂物及较大的土块，土中的砼块要捡出集中堆放，不得做回填材料使用，较大的土块要进行破碎，土块的粒径不得大于50mm。灰土所用素土应过筛，筛孔径为5050mm.，含水量在10%左右（以手攥成团，自然落地散开为宜）。回填土应
15、分层铺摊。每层铺土厚度应根据土质、密实度要求和机具性能确定。一般蛙式打夯机每层铺土厚度为250mm；人工打夯不大于200mm。每层铺摊后，随之耙平。回填土每层至少夯打三遍。打夯应一夯压半夯，夯夯相接，行行相连，纵横交叉。并且严禁采用水浇使土下沉的所谓“水夯”法。深浅两基坑（槽）相连时，应先填夯深基础；填至浅基坑相同的标高时，再与浅基础一起填夯。如必须分段填夯时，交接处应填成阶梯形，梯形的高宽比一般为12。上下层错缝距离不小于1.0m。回填土每层填土夯实后，应按规定规定每20延米进行环刀取样，测出干土的质量密度；达到要求后，再进行上一层的铺土。修整找平：填土全部完成后，应进行表面拉线找平，凡超过

18、检 、互检、交接检制度。6.3.4 加强成品保护的管理，各专业之间互相协调，不搞逆工序施工。7.成品保护对定位标准桩、轴线引桩、标准水准点、龙门板等，挖运土时不得撞碰、也不得在龙门板上休息。并应经常测量和校核其平面位置、水平标高和边坡坡度是否符合设计要求。定位标准桩和标准水准点也应定期复测和检查是否正确。 土方开挖时，应防止邻近建筑物或构筑物，道路、管线等发生下沉和变形。必要时应与设计单位或建设单位协商，采取防护措施，并在施工中进行沉降或位移观测。 施工中如发现有文物或古墓等，应妥善保护，并应及时报请当地有关部门处理，方可继续施工。如发现有测量用的永久性标桩或地质、地震部门设置的长期观测点等，
19、应加以保护。在敷设有地上或地下管线、电缆的地段进行土方施工时，应事先取得有关管理部门的书面同意，施工中应采取措施，以防止损坏管线，造成严重事故。8.安全措施按照我公司职业健康安全管理手册，程序文件严格对现场安全进行控制。现场建立安全管理领导小组，工地设专职安全员，由主管生产的副经理全面负责安全生产及各种安全教育活动，由工程部组织有关部门对现场进行经常性检查，发现隐患，及时组织人员整改。8.1 保护地下管线、杆线及其他构筑物。8.2汽车在路基上装卸料应设专人指挥，开关车辆槽帮应彼此呼应。8.3基坑开挖时，人工操作间距应大于2.5m。挖土机工作间距应大于10m。在挖土机工作范围内，不许进行其他作业
20、。挖土应由上而下，逐层进行，严禁先挖坡脚或逆坡挖土。8.3基坑开挖应严格按要求放坡。操作时应随时注意边坡的变动情况，如发现有裂纹或部分坍塌现象，应及时进行支撑或放坡，并注意支撑和边坡的变化。8.4用手推车运土，应先平整好道路。卸土回填，不得放手让车自动翻转。用自卸汽车运土，运输道路的坡度、转弯半径应符合有关安全规定。8.5随时对边坡进行检查，发现有悬挂的土块、砖块时应及时清理。确保施工人员安全。8.6对现场的要害部位及成品保护工作，坚持“谁管理，谁负责，谁施工，谁负责”的原则，把责任落实到人。9.环境保护措施根据该工程所处位置的特点，结合我公司管理手册、程序文件规定，成立以项目经理为首的，由技
21、术、生产、物资、机械等部门组成的环保工作小组，建立施工现场环保自我保证体系，做到责任落实到人。对现场产生的噪音、扬尘等污染采取以下措施，以减轻各种污染及噪音扰民。9.1防止扬尘、大气污染措施9.1.1在现场出入口设专人清扫车轮，装载材料不超过槽帮上沿，禁止沿途遗洒。9.1.2 现场及时洒水防止扬尘。9.1.3使用密目防尘网对现场土方、砂石料堆进行覆盖。9.2防止噪声污染措施做好施工现场环境保护的监督检查工作，每天由安全员对现场的情况进行检查，严格控制施工机械声音不超标，并做好记录。减少夜间施工。10.环境卫生管理措施10.1现场环境卫生管理，施工现场要设专人负责管理，保持现场整洁卫生。做到施工
