1、【精品文档】如有侵权，请联系网站删除，仅供学习与交流墩顶连续段、湿接缝施工技术方案.精品文档.现浇连续段、湿接缝施工技术方案一、工程概况盘道沟大桥中心桩号为K120+880，8-30m，设计交角为90，桥梁全长240m；上部采用预应力T梁，先简支后连续；下部结构采用柱式墩、肋板台，钻孔灌注桩基础 。全桥墩顶连续段共有12道，湿接缝64道。二、工期及人员安排1、工期安排 现浇段、湿接缝施工工期计划为30天，其中前期准备1天，施工期28天，后续收尾1天。2、人员安排承台施工共安排人员25人，其中现场技术负责人1名，测量人员1名，结构施工人员23人。三、施工方案1、施工顺序T梁墩顶连续以联为单位施工
2、，应先浇筑中间墩顶混凝土，完成张拉后对称浇筑两侧墩顶混凝土，张拉某一墩顶连续段纵向钢束前现浇段处纵向连接钢筋、钢板焊接应左右、上下对称进行。2、钢筋加工进场钢筋必须具备质保单，及时完成材料的报检工作，未经检验合格的钢筋一律不得使用。钢筋进场后在指定地点堆放整齐，下垫上盖，防止锈蚀。钢筋制作在钢筋加工场调直、下料，现场焊接，钢筋的尺寸严格图纸进行制作，钢筋的搭接长度双面焊不小于5d，单面焊不小于10d，焊缝要求饱满、平整、无砂眼、无焊皮，焊条采用T502、506型。纵向连接钢板的焊缝长度必须达到设计要求。钢筋绑扎前，T梁梁段预留钢筋必须调直、除锈，需要焊接的焊缝必须满足设计要求，对锚头进一步清理
3、检查，清除压浆后留下的残液和松散混凝土块。梁端凿毛、锚头清理申请现场监理工程师检验合格方可进行钢筋施工。3. 模板安装T梁连续模板采用小型钢模和木模板施工，模板安装前应均匀涂刷脱模剂，钢筋、模板工艺应申请现场监理检验合格后方可进入下道工序施工。4. 砼浇注T梁连续段一次浇筑成型，模板安装就位后，吹洗模板内污物，底部不准有集水，经自检合格后再由监理工程师复查，合格后即可浇筑混凝土。砼在拌和站统一拌和，拌和砼用各种原材料必须经监理工程师检验合格后方可进场，严格按监理工程师已批复的配合比进行拌和，控制入模坍落度在5.57cm，浇筑混凝土时采用插入式振捣器振捣，分层振捣。分层厚度控制在30cm左右，用
4、插入式振动棒振捣，棒头距模板间距不大于10cm，棒间距30cm，插入下层砼5cm，使上下密切接合。严禁振动钢筋。振动棒应垂直快插慢拔徐徐提出，准确掌握振捣时间，做到既不弱振，又不过振，更不可漏振，确保混凝土振捣密实。砼密实的标志是：砼停止下沉，不再冒出气泡，表面呈现平坦、泛浆。当砼浇注快结束前，砼应逐步减少坍落，避免形成表面砂浆厚度大，影响质量。横隔板浇筑完毕、到达拆模强度厚即可拆模浇筑翼缘板，翼缘板浇筑完毕后应注意多次抹压防止裂纹产生，按规范要求的强度进行拉毛处理。浇注砼期间对模板、等进行检查，发现问题及时处理。混凝土采用HZ60型拌合站拌合，用混凝土搅拌运输车运至施工现场。根据现场条件，混
5、凝土采用吊机或小型电动门架上桥。浇筑前应加强对混凝土质量的检测，不合格的予以退回，不得强行使用。浇注过程中对模板实行监测，防止出现变形漏浆的情况。混凝土浇筑应保证浇筑质量及外观要求，即达到外光内实。5. 混凝土的养生混凝土浇筑完成后，应注意养生，防止出现收缩裂纹。四、质量方针及保证措施（一）、质量目标开工必优，一次成优，合格率100%，优良率95%以上。创全线优质样板工程。（二）、保证措施1、健全质量保证体系，严格质量管理制度，做到优必奖，劣必罚。2、推行ISO9000族系列国际标准，按编制的质量管理手册做好各项工程的质量工作。推行全面质量管理，实行项目分解及目标管理。加强对“QC”小组的领导

7、增强施工人员责任感。将工程规模，开工日期，质量目标，岗位负责人一一明示，以利于增强透明度和责任感。7、严把原材料采购、进场、使用、检验关。（1）进场材料必须有出厂合格证及质量保证书，无合格证的材料不行进入工地。（2）每批进场的水泥要提供供货抄件，说明厂名、水泥品种，标号、数量和出厂日期，并要提供出厂合核证及试验报告。每批水泥进场后，要对水泥作抽样检查试验，如试验不合格，严禁使用。（3）细骨料应按规定作筛分试验，符合要求再使用，并且不得含团块、软质或针片状颗粒、粗骨料必须作筛分和强度试验，符合要求后才能使用。（4）砼及砂浆拌合用水，必须进行有害物质化学分析，水质化验符合要求，方可使用。（5）运到
8、工地的每批钢筋都必须抽样试验。试验按国家标准或工程师同意的试验规程进行，包括强度、伸长率和弯曲试验。试验必须符合要求，若不符合要求，不得使用或经试验后降级使用。8、灌注砼应在无雨天施工，若施工中遇到大雨要马上覆盖已灌注的砼，以保证砼灌注质量。若气温较高时，要对灌注完成的砼表面以草帘覆盖并洒水保持其湿润来进行养生，养生期一般不得少于7天。9、施工资料与施工进度同步，做到工完，资料清，实事求是。10、砼振捣在钢筋密集的地方要振捣充分，保证砼密实。强度未达到规范规定的强度不得承重或拆模。11、服从业主，尊重监理。五、安全目标及措施（一）、安全目标无任何伤亡及机械事故。（二）、安全措施1、抓生产，首先
9、抓安全，建立安全保证体系，严格安全管理制度，做到违规必纠，有章可依。2、对安全生产的有关规定，利用各种宣传工具，采取多种形式，教育职工树立安全第一的观念，强化全员安全意识。3、落实承包责任制，单位第一管理者对本单位安全生产全面负责，职权明确，责任到人。把安全生产与每位职工的切身利益挂起钩来，对安全生产中作出突出贡献的人员进行重奖。4、安全第一、预防为主，必须配备足够的防护用品，加强劳动保护。根据国家、部、局有关文件，开展好“百日安全无事故”、“安全月”等活动。坚持周一安全讲话，班前安全讲话，周末安全检查， 设立安全监督岗，发现问题及时处理。5、所有临时结构必须进行安全技术交底，使操作人员明白操
