2、子抹。凡是靠墙的管根处均要抹出5（120）坡度，避免此处积水。 4、涂刷防水层的基层表面，应将尘土、杂物清扫干净，表面残留灰浆硬块及高出部分应刮平，扫净。对管根周围不宜清扫的部位，应用毛刷将灰尘等清除，如有坑洼不平处或阴阳角未抹成圆弧处，可用众霸胶水泥砂11.52.5将其修补好。 5、基层做防水涂料之前，在突出地面和墙面的管根、地漏、排水口、阴阳角等易发生渗漏的部位，应做附加层等增补处理。 6、厨厕间墙面按设计要求及施工规定（四周至少上卷300mm）做防水的部位，墙面基层抹灰要压光，要求平整、无空鼓、裂缝、起砂等缺陷。穿过防水层的管道及固定卡具应提前安装，并在距管50mm范围内凹进表层5mm，
3、管根做成半径为10mm的圆弧。 7、根据墙上的50cm标高线，弹出墙面防水高度线，标出立管与标准地面的交界线，涂料涂刷时要与此线平。 8、厨厕间做防水之前必须设置足够的照明设备（安全低压灯等）和通风设备。 9、防水材料一般为易燃有毒物品，储存、保管和使用要远离火源，施工现场要备有足够的灭火器材，施工人员要着工作服，软底鞋，并设专业工长监管。 10、环境温度保持在5度以上。 11、操作人员应经过专业培训，持证上岗，先做样板间，经检查，验收合格后，方可全面施工。 （二）材质要求 1、材料 （1）主体材料 氯丁胶乳沥青防水材料：系水乳型，以聚氯乙稀乳状液与乳化石油沥青在一定条件下均匀掺合乳化后，呈深
4、棕色涂料。 氯丁胶沥青防水涂料使用前，必须经过复试合格后方可使用；现场见证取样，其技术性能应符合以下要求： 外观：深棕色乳状液。 固体含量：43。 粘结强度：0.67Mpa。 柔度：10，2h绕10mm圆棒无裂纹。 耐热度：80、5h无变化。 不透水性：动水压0.1Mpa，恒压0.5h不透水。 （2）主要辅助材料 玻璃纤维布：如设计无特殊要求时，用中碱涂膜玻璃丝布（幅宽90cm，14目），或无纺布。 砂粒：直径2mm左右，粘结过渡层用，含泥量不大于1。 众霸胶或791胶：修补基层用。 水泥：32.5级硅酸盐水泥，普通硅酸盐水泥或矿渣硅酸盐水泥，修补基层用。 （三）工器具 主要机具：电动搅拌器、
5、搅拌捅、小漆桶、塑料刮板、铁板小刮板、橡胶刮板、毛刷、滚刷、小抹子、油工铲刀、笤帚、消防器材、风机等。 二、质量要求 （一）主控项目 1、防水材料符合设计要求和现行有关标准的规定。 2、排水坡度、预埋管道、设备、固定螺栓的密封符合设计要求。 3、地漏顶应为地面最低处，易于排水，系统畅通。 （二）一般项目 1、排水坡、地漏排水设备周边节点应密封严密，无渗漏现象。 2、密封材料应使用柔性材料，嵌填密实，粘结牢固。 3、防水涂层均匀，不龟裂，不鼓泡。4、防水层厚度符合设计要求。三、工艺流程 氯丁胶乳沥青防水涂料施工工艺流程： 基层处理涂刮氯丁胶乳沥青水泥腻子刷第一遍涂料细部构造加强层铺贴玻璃丝布（或
6、无纺布）同时刷第二遍涂料铺第二层布刷第三遍涂料铺第三层布刷第四遍涂料蓄水试验。 四、操作工艺（一）基层处理 先检查基层水泥砂浆找平层是否平整，泛水坡度是否符合设计要求，面层有凹凸不平处时，用水泥砂浆找平，或用水泥腻子补平，用钢丝刷、开刀等将粘结在面层上的浆皮铲掉，最后用笤帚将尘土扫干净。 （二）基层满刮氯丁胶乳沥青水泥腻子 将搅拌均匀的氯丁胶乳沥青防水涂料倒入小桶中，掺少许水泥搅拌均匀，用刮板将基层满刮一遍，管根及转角处要厚刮并抹均匀。 （三）第一遍防水涂料 浆氯丁胶乳沥青防水涂料搅拌均匀，倒入小桶中使用，下班时应将余料倒回大桶中保存，防止干燥结膜影响使用。待基层氯丁胶乳水泥腻子干燥后，开始涂
7、刷第一遍涂料，用油漆刷或滚动刷蘸涂料满刷一遍，涂刷要均匀，表面不得有流淌堆积现象。 （四）细部构造加强层 阴阳角先做一道加强层，即将玻璃丝布（或无纺布）铺贴于上述部位，同时用油漆刷刷氯丁胶乳沥青防水涂料，要贴实、刷平，不得有折皱，墙面防水加强层往墙面四周卷起100mm高，平层铺150mm。做管子根部加强层时，可将玻璃丝布（或无纺布）剪成锯齿形，铺贴在管表面，上端与标准地面平，下端贴实在管根部平面上，宽为150mm，同时刷氯丁胶乳沥青防水涂料，要贴实贴平。 （五）铺玻璃丝布（或无纺布）同时刷第二遍防水涂料 细部加强层做完之后，可进行大面积涂布操作，将玻璃丝布（或无纺布）铵基面形状、尺寸剪裁好，摊
8、平，同理用刷子蘸涂料在已铺好的布上均匀涂刷，使布均匀地粘结在基层上，不得有漏涂和皱折。一般平面施工从低处向高处做，按顺水接槎从里往门口做，先做水平后做垂直面，玻璃丝布（或无纺布）搭接不小于10mm。 （六）铺第二层布刷第三遍涂料 待第二层涂料干燥后，同上述方法铺第二层布刷第三遍涂料。 （七）铺第二层布刷第四遍涂料 第三遍涂料干燥后，再铺一层布同时满刷最后一遍涂料，表面撤一层石渣，干透后做蓄水试验。氯丁胶乳沥青防水涂料的涂刷遍数和玻璃丝布（或无纺布）的层数，均根据设计要求去操作，可参照上述方法。 1、防水层细部做法如下图： （1）管根与墙角细部做法 （2）地漏处细部做法 （3）门口细部做法 （八
9、）氯丁胶乳沥青防水涂料防水层的验收 根据防水涂层施工工艺流程，对每道工序进行认真检查，做好记录，合格后方可进行下道工序施工。防水层施工完成并实干后，对涂层质量进行全面验收，要求满涂不间断，薄厚均匀一致，封闭严密，涂布层数达到设计要求，无起鼓、脱落、开裂、翘边等缺陷，表面光滑，经检查验收合格后可进行蓄水试验，水面高出标准地面20mm，24h无渗漏为合格，合格后可进行保护层施工。 （九）应注意的质量问题 1、涂膜防水层交鼓、有气泡：主要是基层清理不干净，底胶涂刷不匀或者找平层潮湿，含水率高于9;涂刷之前未进行含水率检验，造成空鼓，严重者造成大面积起鼓包。因此在涂刷防水层之前，必须将基层清理干净，并
10、保证含水率合适。 2、地面面层做完后，进行蓄水试验，有渗漏现象：主要原因是穿过地面和墙面的管件、地漏等松动，烟风道下沉，撕裂防水层;其它部位由于管根松动或粘结不牢、接触面清理不干净产生空隙，接槎、封口处搭接长度不够，粘贴不紧密;做防水保护层时可能损坏防水层;第一次蓄水试验蓄水深度不够。因此要求在施工过程中，对相关工序应认真操作，加强责任心，严格按工艺标准和施工规范进行操作。涂膜防水层做完之后，进行第一次蓄水试验，蓄水深度必须高于标准地面20mm，24h不渗漏为止，如有渗漏现象，可根据渗漏具体部位进行修补，甚至于全部返工。地面面层做完之后，再进行第二遍蓄水试验，24h无渗漏为最终合格，填写蓄水检
11、查记录。 3、地面排水不畅：主要原因是做地面面层及找平层时未按设计要求找坡，造成倒坡或凹凸不平而存水。因此在做涂膜防水层之前，先检查基层坡度是否符合要求，与设计不符时，应进行处理后再做防水，面层施工时也要按设计要求找坡。 4、地面二次蓄水做完后，已验收合格，但在竣工使用后仍发现渗漏现象：主要原因是卫生器具排水口与管道承插口处未连接严密，连接后未用建筑密封膏封密实，或者是后做卫生器具的固定螺丝穿透防水层而未进行处理。在卫生瓷活安装后，必须仔细检查各接口处是否符合要求，再进行下道工序。要求卫生器具安完后，注意成品保护。 （十）成品保护 1、涂膜防水层操作过程中，操作人员要穿平底鞋作业，穿过地面及墙
12、面等处的管件和套管、地漏、固定卡子等，不得碰损、变位。涂防水涂膜时，不得污染其它部位的墙地面、门窗、电气线盒、暖卫管道、卫生器具等。 2、涂膜防水层每层做完后，要严格加以保护，在厨卫间门口要设醒目的禁入标志，在保护层做完之前，任何人不得进入，也不得在上面堆放杂物，以免损坏防水层。 3、地漏或排水口在做防水之前，应采取保护措施，以防杂物进入;确保排水畅通，蓄水合格后，要将地漏内清理干净。 4、做防水保护层时，不得在防水层上拌砂浆，铺砂浆时铁锹不得碰防水层，要精心细做，不得损坏防水层。技术负责人： 交底人： 接交人：.精品文档.工程名称（英文版 ） Two regulations promulga
