2、防水技术规范 GB 50108-20083、人防地下室设计规范 GB50038-20054、建筑施工安全检查标准 JGJ59-20115、建筑结构荷载规范 GB500092001（2006版）6、建设工程项目管理规范 GB/T50326-20067、屋面工程技术规范 GB50345-20048、我国现行的相关施工验收规范和技术规程，并结合我公司的技术力量和管理水平编制。二、工程概况： 中海.庭GD2#楼工程在原有地库顶板新增一处通风井。现有地库顶已覆盖绿化植被土，厚度1.5米。本工程在原有地库顶板开洞，洞口轴线尺寸：长2.1m，宽2.05m，原楼板厚300mm为钢筋混凝土结构的，敷设两层直径为
3、14的钢筋，原有防水层已完成。三、施工准备1、技术准备熟悉设计变更图纸以及原结构图；施工前详细熟悉施工现场结构实体，认真对照修改图纸，发现问题及时汇报业主，由建设单位上报设计单位及时处理。2、人员准备人员：管理人员2人，钢筋工4，模板工6人，砖工4人，电镐专业操作人员2人，力工8人，混凝土工8人，植筋专业操作人员2人，防水专业人员2人等，所有特种工持证上岗。3、现场准备3.1搭设脚手架对楼板加固。3.2坑口边和楼层周边的安全防护。3.3配电箱配置到位，保证电力通畅。3.4现场机械道路畅通，保证进退有序。四、 工艺流程 地坪保护机械开挖排土车外运预留200mm厚土人工清理防水层处理铺设防护层砌筑
4、挡土墙地下室内搭设脚手架防护电镐大面开孔原楼板钢筋切割植筋钢筋绑扎新增墙体安装止水条模板安装浇筑商砼二次钢筋制作安装模板制作安装加固混凝土浇筑混凝土养护模板支架拆除场地清理防水层搭接处理挡土墙拆除回填土结束五、施工方案1、地坪保护以及屋面板清理地坪保护：由于地下室地面已施工完毕，地库顶板开洞掉落物极易对地面造成破坏，故先在洞口下方10mx10m区域内地面内铺设彩条布一层，然后上铺标砖一层做硬防护层，最后还需在其上铺设废旧草垫一层做缓冲层；2、 定位放线胶轮挖掘机挖土 开挖面积在设计外部尺寸基础上，每边外扩1.5m作为工作面，并且把多余土采用排土车外运；挖土预留200mm厚，采用人工清理，以防破
5、坏原防水层3、 搭设防护隔离区 在工作区域外搭设钢管防护，铺设模板做硬防护一层，防止混凝土碎渣掉落至地面，导致地坪破坏和后续混凝土浇筑造成的二次污染。为了施工区域工作环境不被污染在实体外1.5m处砌筑挡土墙高度为植被土高度1.5m，有效的控制雨水等造成污染。4、 脚手架安全防护 地下室内在施工区域内搭设防护脚手架，作为施工时安全防护用；地库顶板开孔：先按设计变更通知单要求放出洞口内部尺寸线，人工电镐开凿，钢筋采用电、气焊机切割方式，以保证板内钢筋受力不被破坏。5、植筋方法植筋之前，首先把需锚固部位的原构件混凝土的局部缺陷进行处理和凿毛，以利于锚固的整体强度。工艺流程:定位钻孔清孔钢材除锈植筋固
6、化、保护检验按设计要求标示钻孔位置、型号，若基材上存在受力钢筋，钻孔位置可适当调整，但均宜植在箍筋内侧。 钻孔： 钻孔宜用电锤或风钻成孔，如遇钢筋宜调整孔位避开。如采用钻石钻孔机成孔，钻孔内碎屑应用洁净水冲洗干净，并晾晒至干燥。 钻孔孔径d+48mm，实际钻孔深度参照15d的基准，钻孔有效深度自构件表面坚实的混凝土算起。 清孔： 钻孔完毕，检查孔深、孔径合格后将孔内粉尘用压缩空气吹出，然后用毛刷将孔壁刷净，再用压缩空气吹孔，应反复进行35次，直至孔内无灰尘碎屑，最后用棉布蘸丙酮拭净孔壁，将孔口临时封闭。若有废孔，清净后用植筋胶填实。 钢材除锈： 钢材锚固长度范围的铁锈、油污应清除干净（新钢筋的
7、青色氧化外皮也应除去），并采用角磨机和钢丝轮片打磨出金属光泽。 植筋：根据产品说明书确定具体方法。一般液体状胶可用手持式自动压力灌浆器进行注胶操作。拉动拉杆，将配好的植筋胶拌合物吸入内囊，注胶时要注意排除钻孔内的空气，将注胶咀伸入钻好的植筋孔中约8cm 左右，推动拉杆使胶料注入孔内，边推拉杆边向孔外拔灌浆器，直至灌浆器注胶咀抽出至离孔口1/3孔深（约3cm 左右）时方可停止注胶，以植入拉结筋后胶液略有被挤出为度。将处理好的钢筋垂直插入孔内，由于结构胶有一定的浓度，一般一次并不能插到底，采用反复拉出、插入或旋转方法直到钢筋到孔底。一次配好的植筋胶拌合物注胶完成后，应把套筒、弹簧、拉杆用丙酮清洗干
8、净，以利再用。固化检查验收：按植筋胶说明书介绍的产品凝胶时间和固化时间，一般为15min和1h，植筋到位后，凝胶前要派专人现场看护施工完的拉结筋，严防碰撞；胶体完全固化后方可进行拉拔试验。采用非破坏性检验，试验值达到设计要求后卸荷。如设计无要求，可参照混凝土结构后锚固技术规程（JGJ1452004）附录A执行。植筋过程完成后，专业工长要对所有拉结筋进行检查，检查合格填写钢筋隐蔽验收记录表和检验批验收记录表，然后请专业质检员进行验收核定，核定无误后报请现场监理工程师进行验收，并在钢筋隐蔽验收记录表和检验批验收记录表上签署意见，通过验收后方可进行下道工序。7、模板制作安装加固模板制作加工前，弹出安
9、装墨线，画出下平线。按施工规范规定，模板及其支架必须有足够的刚度、强度和稳定性，支架的支撑部分必须有足够的支撑面积和支撑强度。模板采用木模板制作，因为此项为零星工程，故模板周转次数仅为一次。8、钢筋制作加工钢筋的各项指标和性能必须符合设计要求，参照钢筋施工方案。必须有出厂合格证明和试验报告，钢筋制作集中加工，现场配备小型加工设备作修改补充用，钢筋出厂必须严把质量关，不合格的钢材决不用在工程上。技术资料的检验由试验员和资料员共同负责。钢筋工安装过程中，质检员就应开始检查钢筋的规格、数量和绑扎质量。完成后通过班组自检、钢筋工队检、现场质检员检，合格后再通知业主和监理办理隐蔽验收。在设计图纸中，钢筋
10、配置的细节问题无注明时，一般可按构造要求处理。配料时，要考虑施工需要的附加钢筋。钢筋制作的质量要求：、钢筋弯钩方向正确，平面上没有翘曲不平现象；、钢筋末端弯钩的净空直径不小于钢筋直径的2.5倍；、钢筋弯曲处不得有裂缝。、钢筋成型后允许偏差为全长10mm，弯起钢筋起弯点位移20mm，弯起钢筋的弯起高度5m，箍筋全长5m。钢筋绑扎钢筋绑扎由钢筋班长认真熟悉施工图纸，并编制绑扎先后顺序，复杂部位的钢筋绑扎，应由专业技术人员协助制定绑扎顺序，尽量做到方便、快捷、省力。9、混凝土浇筑混凝土浇捣按照原有混凝土施工方案操作，要避免触动钢筋及埋件。墙体浇筑用插式振动棒垂直方向来回振捣。振捣完毕，用刮尺或拖板抹
11、平表面。在浇筑混凝土前，混凝土施工缝表面应凿毛，清除浮灰和松动石子，并用水冲洗干净。排除积水后，先浇一层水泥浆然后继续浇筑混凝土。此项目为零星工程，故混凝土采用商品砼用人工上料，混凝土标号为C35。10、混凝土养护以及模板拆除浇筑完12小时内对砼正侧面进行覆盖，并每天喷水两次养护7天，以保持砼湿润而有利水化作用为准。气温在25时，8小时内不得在砼面上踩踏，更不得安装支架。砼初凝后采用塑料布养护时要覆盖严密，并应保持塑料布内有凝结水珠。养护过程要作养护记录，质检员要全过程检查。按照设计以及规范要求达到一定强度后，模板方可拆除，做到工完场清。11、防水层处理场地清理完毕后恢复防水层（按照原图纸防水
12、设计操作），并做好闭水试验，报验监理公司检查无渗点后，方可进行保护层施工。12、回填所有作业面清理完毕后，采用胶轮挖掘机回填，恢复原有地貌。六、 质量要求1、所有本工程所用材料必须符合设计以及相关规范要求，并有相关证明。2、所有分部分项验收均需符合混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范(GB502042002)、混凝土结构加固规范及相关规程的要求。3、所有隐蔽工程均在我部“三检”之后，报请监理以及甲方进行验收，在验收合格后方可进入下一道工序。七、 安全文明施工1、施工人员戴好安全帽，高空作业系好安全带。2、电器设备由专人管理维护并安装保护器。3、配制粘结剂用的原料应密封储存，远离火源，保持良好通风，避
13、免阳光直接照射。4、所以材料及工具应放在安全地方。5、夜间施工要有足够照明。6、在高空作业时一切工具要放稳，以防掉下伤人。7、施工操作必须严格按照操作规程进行，手持电镐时必须穿绝缘鞋，戴绝缘手套。8、顶板作业时，应在洞孔处搭设脚手架，并设置操作平台，做好安全防护工作。9、清孔操作人员要戴风镜和多层口罩，防止吹出的粉尘眯眼和进入口鼻。10、注胶、植筋时， 要戴手套进行操作，防止胶体粘染手和皮肤表面，如不慎“触胶”，可立即用丙酮溶液进行清洗。11、管理人员要跟班作业，经常进行施工质量过程检查和安全提醒、教育。12、废弃的灌浆器注胶咀和皮囊要按固体废弃物分类回收办法进行回收处理，不可在现场随处乱扔。
