1、基于数据挖掘分析黄明河主任治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎经验【摘 要】 目的：分析S明河主任治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎病例的组方用药规律，为临床诊疗慢性萎缩性胃炎提供新思路与方法。方法：对深圳市中医院2021年1月至2021年6月黄明河主任脾胃科专家门诊治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的病例中的用药基本信息进行统计并导出;结合K均值聚类、关联规则等数据挖掘方法分析其用药规律，并对结果进行网络可视化展示。结果：共纳入病例342份，涉及中药165味;其中补虚药使用频次最高，出现频次最高的核心药物组合分别为：“党参-麸炒白术”“党参-黄芪”“党参-醋莪术”，核心类方为萎胃汤。结论：黄明河主任认为慢性萎缩性胃炎的基本病机为脾胃虚弱、运

8、e of severe CAG and precancerous lesions.The treatment should be based on replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen， regulating qi and dissipating blood stasis， along with detoxification and dissipating masses， with good clinical effects.
