2、握加工中心的基本操作技能;(5) 通过对零件的加工,了解对加工中心的工作原理;(6) 懂得自己动手编制加工程序,独立完成零件加工。要求:(1) 对典型零件进行工艺分析及程序编制,能熟练掌握较复杂零件的编程;(2) 对所操作的系统能熟练掌握,并能在加工中心上进行加工操作及调试;(3) 能正确处理加工和操作中出现的相关问题;(4) 实训应在老师的指导下有学生独立完成,在实训中提倡独立思考、深入专研、苦学巧干的学习态度,要严肃认真完成实训任务。增强自己的实践动手能力。二、实验实习设备(环境)及要求(软硬件条件)设备:加工中心一台、电脑一台刀具:立铣刀、面铣刀量具:游标卡尺、直尺三、实验实习内容与步骤

3、实习内容:(1) 操作面板的熟悉和控制软件的基本使用;(2) 坐标系的建立,工件和刀具的夹装,基准刀具的对刀校正;(3) 基本编程指令的讲解;(4) 轮廓铣削和槽形铣削编程训练与上机调试,掌握程序校验方法;(5) 实际铣削训练,合理设置、调整工艺参数、排除基本故障;(6) 程序调试技巧,钻孔加工的基本编程;(7) 了解润滑与冷却系统,机床的维护和包养。加工中心操作步骤:(1) 开机,各坐标轴手动回机床原点(2) 刀具准备(3) 将已装夹好刀具的刀柄采用手动方式放入刀库(4) 清洁工作台,安装夹具和工件(5) 对刀,确定并输入工件坐标系参数(6) 输入加工程序 (7) 调试加工程序(8) 自动加
