2、编制依据（1）云南麻昭高速公路两阶段施工图设计（2）公路工程质量检验评定标准JTG F80/2-2004（3）公路排水设计规范JTG /T D332012（4）历年来总结形成的有关类似工程施工的施工方法以及既有的施工资源、装备能力、生产经验和管理水平二、工程概况 本标段起止桩号为K36+000-K69+000，全长33公里。横向钢筋混凝土排水管将集水井内的水引入边坡急流槽或填方排水沟内，横向排水坡度不小于3%。一般90m设置一道，管体为C30预制管，内径400mm，外径580mm，每管节用钢筋HPB235直径8mm螺旋箍筋1根，直径6mm纵向钢筋12根，管节长度规格50cm、100cm，管体在
3、预制厂家订做购置，管道内侧接竖向集水井外侧接通急流槽。管节相接处防水施工与圆管涵相同，管基中设沉降缝，沉降缝一般设于关节接头处。 三、施工准备 1、施工作业面准备 施工前路床经验收合格，为横向排水管施工提供施工作业面。 2、试验设备及人员、材料准备 (1)人员配备 职 务 工作范围人 数项目总工总体协调1工程部部长技术负责1技术人员现场质量控制3实验人员水泥剂量、水灰比控制2测量人员施工测量放样2施工队队长现场施工质量控制2安全员现场施工安全2工人现场施工10 施工前，进行图纸会审，详细检查、核对，领悟设计意图。对施工进度进行详细部署，对现场的所有施工人员进行有效的安全教育及技术交底。 (2)
4、施工机械及仪器准备序号机械设备名称型号数量1单钢轮压路机金晓YZC-312混凝土振动棒ZN2523运输车14全站仪中翰TS-80215电夯16滚筒式搅拌机500L1（3）材料准备排水管：预制的C30混凝土管节强度、耐久性符合设计要求，管材逐节检查，不能出现漏筋和空洞现象，混凝土表面平整，蜂窝麻面面积不超过面积的1%，深度不超过1cm。在预制厂家取样在试验合格后由预制厂运输至施工现场定点维护存放，并设立标示牌防止外力破坏，搬运过程轻装轻卸以免损坏。卸车前确定卸车地点和数量，尽量减少搬运。配合比：排水管下部C20现浇混凝土基础及出水口C25现浇混凝土按照实验室出具的配合比进行拌制，所用集料、水泥经
5、实验室检验合格后在现场用地下水进行搅拌。四、施工工艺施工工序为：管槽测量放样开挖管槽水准仪检测坑槽底部标高铺砂砾垫层、现浇C20砼垫层、做沉降缝安装管体做防水现浇C20砼包封回填夯实碾压 1、基坑开挖及基槽验收 路基验收合格后进行横向排水管的施工，根据测量放线及中心轴线控制桩的位置，先用施工线捆绑在每个中心轴线控制桩上用力拉紧并根据基槽断面尺寸确定两边开挖控制线，然后用石灰沿控制线洒出开挖线。根据开挖线开挖基坑，开挖时考虑到横向有3%的坡度，提前计算出两端的开挖深度。测量人员在现场指挥，当开挖至基底设计标高以上20cm时，采用人工开挖清底。基坑开挖完毕后用小型打夯机夯实基底，并测量基底高程。
6、2、基础施工 用10cm厚砂砾垫层铺底，垫层铺设完毕后用小型打夯机夯实，浇筑C20混凝土基础。浇筑分两层进行，先浇筑15cm厚C20混凝土，用振动棒振实，每一处要振捣密实，振捣密实的标志是混凝土停止下沉，不在冒出气泡，表面呈现平整泛浆。设置沉降缝并用沥青填缝料填实，沉降缝与管节接头缝隙纵向通长，再安装排水管。 3、排水管安装 （1）基础混凝土强度达到5Mpa以上时，方可进行管节铺设；在排水管的埋设过程中，排水管四周不得直接与突出的石头等坚硬物接触，以免造成管壁破裂。拼接时横向排水管接集水井一侧，把排水管一端放进集水井壁预留好的孔洞中并用水泥砂浆把缝隙填充抹实，管节间的拼接应紧密，间隙用沥青麻絮
7、填充；在管节接头周围涂上沥青做防水层做到密实不漏刷。然后浇筑29cm厚C15混凝土对排水管进行包封。 （2）出水口一侧管底基础与包封用C20混凝土现浇，长度距出水口末端45cm。安装完管体后支简易模板用C25混凝土现浇，长度45cm，宽度100cm，高度直至边坡顶面，使出水口与急流槽形成整体，待混凝土养护达到强度后进行回填路基土。 4、回填压实排水管安装完毕后，人工回填路基土，回填时土石轻抛以免损坏管体，分层填筑分层夯实，填至与周围路基持平时虚铺一定厚度的松土后利用小型压路机顺着排水管横向碾压直至回填土基与周围路基强度基本一致。 5、注意事项排水管在装卸、运输途中应避免过分的冲击和产生过大的弯
8、曲强度，严禁由卡车上往下抛落。排水管内外壁不得因任何原因产生裂纹和刻痕，以免产生刻痕效应。拼接排水管时把粘接管的内外壁清刷干净，结合面不得有油污、潮湿、灰土等各种杂质。防水用沥青用量适当涂刷均匀，接长后的排水管顺直不得弯曲。注意保持排水管内清洁无泥土、砖石、混凝土等杂物。管节铺设平顺、稳固，管底坡度不出现反坡，管节接头处流水面高差不大于5mm。五、 质量保证措施及体系 1、质量保证措施施工前对原材料进行检查，并有合格签证纪录，施工过程中对混凝土强度进行检测，横向排水管实测项目见下表。检查项目 规定值或允许偏差检查方法混凝土强度（MPa）在合格标准内抗压强度检测长度（mm）-5,0尺量顺直度（m

10、体系程序文件来指导施工，严格控制施工过程中的每一道工序，如附图：质量检查程序。 （1）成立质检小组，小组成员如下：组 长：刘学兵 组 员：李 鋆、孟 微 （2）施工前组织技术人员和施工管理人员，仔细阅读设计文件，了解设计意图，明确施工技术重点、难点，做好各级技术交底工作，切实做到内业指导外业。施工操作上严格按招标文件和现行施工规范执行。 （3）排水管在装卸、运输途中应避免过分的冲击和产生过大的弯曲强度，严禁由卡车上往下抛落。排水管内外壁不得因任何原因产生裂纹和刻痕，以免产生刻痕效应。 （4）拼接排水管时把粘接管的内外壁清刷干净，结合面不得有油污、潮湿、灰土等各种杂质。防水用沥青用量适当涂刷均匀
11、，接长后的排水管顺直不得弯曲。注意保持排水管内清洁无泥土、砖石、混凝土等杂物。管节铺设平顺、稳固，管底坡度不出现反坡，管节接头处流水面高差不大于5mm。 （5）施工过程中严格执行自检、互检、专职检查的三检制度，内部质检人员行使否决权。对原材料进行试验，试验得监理工程师的认可后方可使用。施工各种数据必须符合规范和经监理工程师批准方可实施。 （6）物资采购及检验控制：物资采购必须对供货方进行评价、选择信誉好、产品优质的厂家，产品必须具有合格证，进货后必须进行检验，检验后进行标识，杜绝使用无合格证、检验不合格、失效的施工材料。 （7）设备维修与检验：应选择状态良好的机具设备进入现场施工，并对设备定期
12、检修，并建立台帐，实行动态管理。机械操作人员必须持证上岗。 （8）测量试验控制：对于测试仪器必须定期进行校核，并进行标识，确保测试数据真实正确。测试人员必须由具有相当素质取得专业上岗证的人员担任。测试过程严格按照规范标准和操作程序执行。 （9）在员工中树立起“质量第一”的观念，建立、健全质量检查制度，把各个环节的质量岗位职责落实到具体人员中去。健全质量管理机构，完善以施工负责人，现场负责人结合施工班组为一体的质量控制体系，实行岗位责任制，每道工序，每个施工环节实行定人、定岗、定责并有明确的奖惩措施。 （10）加强工序间的质量控制和施工过程控制，技术人员跟班作业，随时督促检查施工、试验人员的工作
