1、【精品文档】如有侵权，请联系网站删除，仅供学习与交流ui基桩检测能力验证补测作业指导书.精品文档.附件2：基桩高、低应变及声波透射法检测能力验证补充检测作业指导书1 编制目的为保证浙江省“基桩高、低应变及声波透射法检测”能力验证工作的顺利进行和检测操作的一致性，特制定本作业指导书。2 适用范围本作业指导书适用范围如下：（1）基桩低应变检测检验项目为基桩完整性类别，以及可能存在的缺陷位置、缺陷性质等；（2）基桩高应变检测检验项目包括基桩极限承载力和完整性类别，以及桩侧摩阻力和桩端承载力；（3）基桩声波透射法检测检验项目为基桩完整性类别，以及可能存在的缺陷位置、缺陷性质等。3 引用标准建筑基桩检测
2、技术规范（JGJ106-2003）。4 样品描述本次能力验证所用样品为实地模型桩，桩型包括钻孔灌注桩和预应力管桩，部分模型桩设置各种性质的缺陷（其中管桩局部位置预浇混凝土），钻孔灌注桩预埋声测管。模型桩共10根，其中钻孔灌注桩和预应力管桩各5根。每家检测机构的具体检测内容为：1根预应力管桩的高应变检测、3根钻孔灌注桩的低应变检测、1根钻孔灌注桩的声波透射法检测。5 时间安排及地点本次能力验证现场补测工作从2011年2月26日开始至2011年2月27日结束。各参加能力验证补测的检测机构具体时间安排详见时间安排表。各参加能力验证补测的检测机构需根据时间安排表提前半小时到杭州世纪瑞城酒店大堂报到（地
3、址：杭州市天目山路五常大道137号），报到时需提供各检测人员身份证、地基基础检测上岗证、单位对派出的现场人员出具的授权证明（见附件四）和相关通过计量认证基桩检测参数的复印件。并服从我公司人员安排到现场。6 现场测试程序（1）检测机构随机抽取测试桩号，然后根据现场工作人员的安排在相应的桩位上进行检测。（2）低应变法：每检测单位派出34名代表，测试3根模型桩的低应变，现场检测时间为30分钟，现场检测操作完成后由我公司安排地点编写检测报告（检测报告格式见附件一），检测报告要求一个小时内完成。（3）声波透射法：每检测单位派出34名代表，测试一根模型桩的声波透射，现场检测时间为30分钟，现场检测操作完成
4、后由我公司安排地点编写检测报告（检测报告格式见附件二），检测报告要求一个小时内完成。（4）高应变法：每检测单位派34人（含辅助工）代表本单位参加现场检测，现场检测时间为30分钟，现场检测操作完成后由我公司安排地点编写检测报告（检测报告格式见附件三，采用拟合法分析，并附上实测曲线及case分析波形图作附件），检测报告要求一个半小时内完成。（5）现场采集数据统一保存在U盘中，检测完成后由工作人员删除现场电脑和仪器设备中当天所有生成的文件。报告编写完成后由工作人员删除电脑中当天所有生成的文件。6 能力验证结果的评审由评审专家组根据评判标准进行评审，评定结果分为满意、基本满意和不满意三等级，并作为监督
5、检查评判的重要技术依据。7 其它1、检测现场除提供高应变检测用重锤及起吊设施和220V电源外，其他检测仪器、辅助设备、工具均由检测机构自备，检测仪器必须按照相关规定经过法定机构的检定，并在检定有效期内（提供仪器检定证书复印件）。2、参加能力验证的检测单位需自带检测仪器、电脑等设备（如可能自带打印机），我公司在报告编写地只提供一台打印机。提交的检测报告一式两份，其中一份须检测人员签名和加盖单位有效印章，另一份则无须检测人员签名、无须加盖单位有效印章。3、每家检测机构的专业测试人员要求具有地基基础检测上岗证。检测机构应按岗位责任指定1名审核人员和1名批准人员同时到场，现场测试前应出示测试、审核、批
