2、成作业的习惯亟待加强。我班随读生王德星在英语方面的学习能力比较有限。三年级上期时她还基本能学到少量的英语内容（当时有家长陪读），学会了26个的书写，但不会逐一认读，只能抄写，许多字母的占格格书写也不规范。同时该生语言表达能力差，基本不与老师和同学进行语言交流，即使表达声音也很小，几乎听不懂她表达的内容。从三年级下期开始她就基本跟不上同学们的学习节奏了，与同学在英语学习能力方面的差异越来越大，上课时基本听不懂老师的教学语言，喜欢在下面玩自己的东西，有时还下座位，在课堂上比较自由。课下的作业也不完成，家长也没有起到督促作用。但该生很愿意为班上同学服务，比如擦黑板、发作业本，同学们也不排斥她。本期她
