But, teaching support, as a kind of new beneficial activity, is now a hot topic attacked on the internet by not a few people on some online platforms.After reading their opinions, I asked myself: d

Therefore, I organized some interviews and invited four students from two different supporting teams who went to Puan in Guizhou province this summer holiday. Their description of the Zhen Ping Primary School surprised me a lot: “Because of the arduous cond
3、ition, our volunteers didnt take bath for over 20 days during our supporting; there was only one water tap in the school, which is used not only to do washing, but also to drink and cook food.”Poverty means they dont have any choice. Their problems are quite complex. The children born in the mountai
4、n area, so they are poor, their parents had to work in far cities, and they cant get good education. “Teachers just know to use the simple and violent way to punish students.” Volunteer Shanzhi Du said.The fact is that some teachers are allocated by government, they only want to escape from there, s
5、o they dont give wholehearted care for students; some hard-working teachers are very busy because of the teacher shortage, so they are lack of patient; some teachers really want to help students, but their teaching methods are fall behind and they havent enough knowledge to teach. Therefore, student
6、s can gain neither respect nor learning skills. It makes the students unconfident and negative.What about supporting teachers? Most of them would like to accompany children and they care the students physical and mental health; they are accustomed with advanced educational sense and achieved high ed
7、ucation; Supporting teachers are enough and divided in several subjects. Their appearance solved many different problems well.However, many social people misunderstand the teaching support. Why?Firstly, few volunteers dont have good moral and their purpose is selfish. Some people just want to try li
8、ving in poor area. Someone even do voluntary in order to help them get good records and academic degrees. So they are irresponsible in teaching support and make negative influence for children. What we should do is not attacking teaching support itself, but avoiding some improper people joining in t
9、he group. As the group leader Haoru Xiao said, “You dont need to think what you can gain. The more you contribute to the children, the more you will achieve.” Yes, teaching support itself is the best gift.Secondly, the organizations need standards. Social teaching support institutions are organized
10、by after-hours staff. Most of them cant provide good arrangement on time, manpower and plan. We can take positive measures to promote, such as invite a primary school teacher to give a speech to volunteers before going to support. In summary, the teaching support can be formed to be a culture, and m
11、aking own rules in the culture circle.Finally, the suspicion from people is because of their sense of distrust to the society. Some media tends to enlarge some small problem to arouse people. There are some bad things in present society such as people who held up old people were framed. When hearing
12、 bad news, some motional people just lead off their long-period worry at once. We dont need to worry about it, just keep your sane.In my opinion, the question about education needs to be observed for a long time, its too early to make a conclusion. Perhaps there are many aspects need to promote, but we should give more chances to the new things.专心-专注-专业
