Montgomery who was born in Canada Clifdena in 1874.She was good at telling stories. At her age of 15,she be
2、gan to publish her poems. Later,she tried to be a teacher to make a living. In spring of 1904, Montgomery sparked her inspiration suddenly.She spent two years creating Anne Of Green Gables in which the village she had lived in was taken as the books background. It wasnt any publisher willing to publ
3、ish her novel untill 1908. Later,the book was very popular and it triggered a selling spree. Therefore,Montgomeriy drew the worldwide attention.It was written as a fiction for readers of all ages, but in recent decades it has been considered the childrens literature. Mark Twain also squeezed himself
4、 into the pile of letters to Montgomeriy. He said that he just felt miserable and lonely when he was in his sunset of life,then Anne lit up his life. Anne was an immortal character which followed the Alice and became a popular image of children.Anne Of Green Gables was one series of the Worlds Bests
5、elling Childrens Literature. Lucy.Montgomeriy used her clean smooth, vivid and humorous style to tell us a story about a pure kindness, lovely heroine：Anne. Anne Shirley was a girl with red hair, together with many freckles . Her mother and father died when shes very young. She got through several s
6、evere twists and somehow a couple were mistakenly sent an orphan girl instead of a boy, yet they decided to keep her. She was adopted by the Matthews on Prince Edward Island.( They wanted to adopt a boy at first ).Anne lived a happy life and adapted quickly,then she began her new life. She loved nat
7、ure and fantasy so she was abundant in imagination.She shared what she just thought about to others each time ,therefore she made a lot of uncontrollable mistakes .The rest of the book told that she continued education at school.She got close friends such as Diana Barry (her best friend, bosom frien
8、d ), Jane Andrews, Ruby Gillis, and her rivalry with Gilbert Blythe who teased her about her red hair , although he apologized many times. Anne and Gilbert competed in study.One day, Anne realized she no longer hated Gilbert.Anne was very clever,fortitude and kind-hearted.She was straight and cheris
9、hed friendships very much. Anne got her friends with her love.She insisted herself on things with her stubbornness .She withstood her loneliness with her romantic and fantasy imagination from reality. The novel modeled a bright and gorgeous character that was just like sunlight.The poetic depiction
10、of the nature and the rural life moved the readers all over the world deeply. The work existed about hundred years and touched about 50,000,000 readers heart. Annes pure heart broke the limits of nationality and ages .She moved the world. For me ,the most unforgettable episode was that Anne didnt mi
11、nd after she had herself misunderstood with her friend Dianas mother. Diana was Annes best friend. Someday, Diana invited Anne to go to her home for tea.They drank and chatted with each other happily just like adults. Anne mistook fruit wine as juice,then gave it to Diana to drink .While actually, i
12、t caused by Marinas carelessness. Due to Diana drunk too much so that her mom and dad thought that Anne was a bad girl.And they didnt allow Anne and Diana to play together any longer. Anne felt very sad.But she did not hate them. Coincidentally, a few days after, a cold night, Dianas little sister g
13、ot laryngitis,which was in imminent danger, but people have gone to the town to participate in activities . Then Anne bravely undertook the responsibilities like an adult with the experience she learned before . She took care of the little girl with Diana and another child . At last, the little sist
14、er got through the disaster. She saved Dianas younger sister successfully. And she finally won the Diana parents trust. Anne was an genius of imagination.Some usual scenes immediately turned into fantasy places after she gave these places poetic names . Such as the Violet Trench, the Pond of Willow,
15、 Lovers Lane. Even if Anne desired to be like the other girls who dressed pretty, she didnt complain because the Matthews family which adopted her was not very rich. Without beautiful coats, she just imagined herself like a princess and enjoyed herself. Matthew Cuthbert, the master of farmhouse of t
16、he Green Gables .He was very shy so that he dare not talk with woman except for her younger sister .But he was a very kind man who was the first one that found they got the wrong child but didnt discard the child.He thought Anne was full of hope and dream .He was very fond of Anne.Matthew treated An

In the end of Anne of Green Gables, Matthew died of a heart attack .Miss.Marinas temper was opposite to Matthew.She was a prim serious person and was very strict with Anne.She often had words with Anne at first. But she love Anne actually although she wa
18、s like a chatter without stop . Anne was admitted to the Queens college with her talent and hard work. Sometimes when Anne was at school which was far away from the Green Gables, Miss.Marina wept very sad at night because she missed Anne so much. Miss.Marina tried to be strict with her for she thoug
19、ht that Scold is love . Anne Of Green Gables is one of the most sweet novels about the lives of children. Canadian writer Montgomeriy described a girl who had very distinct personality and rich imagination.I love the wonderful scenery described by Montgomeriy,so I want to visit the place where Anne lived. Anne won respects not only by her virtue of hard work ,but her love.I found the beautiful world that seems like a poem or a piece of painting form Anne .Anne was like a flame which lit up my heart!专心-专注-专业
