Lets learn Ask and write两个板块。 B. Lets learn板块通过Oliver 和陈杰对中西方节日和活动的讨论呈现月份单词:July ,August ;September ; October ; November ;
2、December的词形及意义。 Ask and write板块则是用于帮助学生练习巩固 B. Lets learn板块的词汇,要求学生能够听,说,读, 写B部分Lets learn 中的不同的节日名称,并根据节日填写相应的月份。将句子补充完整。练习时教师可拓宽内容,增加更多例句与更多的节日和月份进行配对。 Ask and write板块我在设计课时时把它放到了. Lets learn之后加以运用。来进行语言的巩固和训练。 在五年级下册Unit2中,学生已经学习过季节类单词,本单元前四课时已学习了部分月份类单词并初步学习了如何询问并回答某个活动在哪个季节(月份)举行,本节课将在继续学习一些月份类
3、单词的基础上,进一步学习如何询问并回答有关学校活动举行的月份及内容。三、课时目标1.能够听、说、读、写July ,August ;September ; October ; November ; December六个月份名称的单词。2.能够在语境中正确的运用六个月份单词。3.能够根据实际情况在句子中填充合适的单词并进行描述。4.掌握句型When is.?Its in.并在情景中熟练应用。5. 能够运用句型Ill 完成句型操练活动。四、课时重难点1.重点(1)能够听、说、读单词July,August,September,October,November,December及其缩写。(2)掌握句型W
4、hen is.?Its in.并在情景中熟练应用。 (3)能够运用句型Ill 完成句型操练活动。2.难点(1)能够在语境中正确的运用六个月份单词。(2)October,November,December发音较难;了解常见的节日和活动所在的月份。(此难点为预设难点,教师可根据班里实际情况调整)五、教学准备教师准备资源网络共享课件,标有1-6月英文单词的大转盘,自制PPT课件,词卡,录音机及磁带 ,用于奖励的卡通小贴画。六、教学过程1.课前热身 师生问候T: Good morning, boys and girls.Ss: Good morning, Mr/Ms.T: Nice to see yo

6、talk做准备。2.导入 游戏“大转盘”复习月份单词: 教师出示标有1-6月英文单词的大转盘,转动指针,指针停止时与学生进行问答练习。如:T: Whichmonthisit?Ss: ItsJanuary/February/.设计意图:此活动复习了1-6月份的单词名称,为学习新知识做了很好的铺垫。3. 新课呈现 (1)教学B. Lets learn 教学单词July ,August 教师课件展示第二单元夏季单词图片与学生进行自由问答: T:Which season do you like best? S1:(引导学生回答) I like summer best. T:What do you us
7、ually do in summer? S1: I usually go swimming in summer. T: I like summer , too. We have summer vacation in summer. But when is summer? Which month? Ss: 提示让学生用汉语回答: 六月、七月、八月 T: Yes, Its in June , July , August. These three months are summer. 老师边说边板书 July , August 把它们的缩写形式写在旁边。带读并引导学生认读单词。然后在July , A
8、ugust 下面板书summer vacation 讲解意思并引导学生认读。设计意图:通过展示图片师生看图交流不仅增加了孩子们的学习兴趣,更让学生们一目了然单词的运用语境起到了很好的效果。 教学单词 September , October , November T:After summer vacation. autumn will come. In autumn, What will you do? S2:(课件展示学校旅游的图片引导学生回答)Ill have a school trip.T: 课件展示中秋节;国庆节;感恩节图片老师边展示边说:In autumn , there are so
9、me festival. Do you know what they are? Ss: 学生根据图片用汉语回答。根据学生的回答老师补充英语并引导学生说:Mid-Autumn Day. Chinas National Day. Thanksgiving Day. 在学生说的过程中,老师板书这三个词组。T:接下来老师问When is Mid-autumn Day?Ss: 提示学生用汉语回答。T: Yes, Its in September. 老师边说边在Mid-autumn Day上方板书:September( Sept.),带读并引导学生认读。用同样的方式依次引出October 和 Novemb
10、er 这两个单词。设计意图:通过孩子们熟悉的节日引出月份单词,是孩子们明白生活中处处有英语。教学December师生进行简单对话,引出DecemberT:How many months have we learned?Ss:Eleven months.T:Whatarethey?Ss:T:Whatisthelastmonthinayear?Ss:十二月T: Yes, December isthelastmonthinayear. 教师边说边板书December(Dce.),并播放录音,学生跟读、分男女生读。设计意图:将单词的教学融入句型应用,做到词不离句、句不离篇。教师可适当扩展,询问学生:I

Chinas National Day is in October.设计意图:进一步熟练运用句型,巩固所学知识。4.操练 活动:看图说话 活动方案:老师课件展示情景图,请学生根据情节图中的校历内容,同桌两人结对进行对话描述。然后择优板演。选出最好的予以奖励。 如:S1: When is Chinas National Day?
