Discipline staff when necessary15. Check Housekeeping associates grooming, personal hygiene and appearance16. Assist with the

4、 preparation of associates duty roster17. Facilitate multiskilling18. Assist with staff training and development19. Provide ongoing advice and support to associates under your supervision20. Supervise associates performance21. Provide one to one instruction to staff members when required22. Deliver

5、high quality service to guests23. Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are met24. Seek opportunities to continually improve guest service, by reporting guest comments 25. Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints26. Promote the hotel and Sheraton products and services27. Maintain a h

6、igh level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests28. Adhere to the hotels security and emergency policies and procedures29. Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements30. Adhere to hotel cleaning and maintenance p

10、 from college or can be replaced by adequate experience. 教育:大学毕业或具有与之相等的丰富的工作经验。Experience:Minimum 2 years to be room attendant and 1 year supervisor in Housekeeping department. 经验:至少具有管家部2年楼层服务员和1年主管工作经验。Additional Skill required:Good supervisor to people and communication abalitity.Can speak some English at least can read from Housekeeping Fiedlio.其它技能要求:良好的管理及沟通能力。能说简单的英文,能从电脑上读懂房态。专心-专注-专业
