28、The depth of excavation exceeds 65% brings the repair status to critical.4.焊工未注意焊接超作产生变形,对变形校火时产生了缺陷.The welder didnt control the distortion of welding well, and the defect was brought by the following heat straightening.5. 焊接环境差(温度、污染物、油脂、灰尘、电流、电压)The bad environment of wielding(temperature, contam

30、1. 根据AWS D1.5的要求对相关焊工提供训练。Provide training to the responsible welders at the requirements of AWS D1.5。2. 严格按照焊接工艺技术规程WPS-345-FCAW-2G-Repair超作。Strictly perform in conformance to approved Welding Procedure Specifications WPS-345-FCAW-2G-Repair.3.严格执行焊接工艺.Strictly perform welding procedure.4.根据WPS规定加强焊

31、接监控和道间清理Improve monitoring of welding and interpass cleaning in accordance with WPS.5返修前应该先提交关键焊缝返修报告CWR shall be submitted for approval prior to repair.6.严格控制焊接变形,避免火工校正。Strictly control the distortion of welding to avoid the heat straightening.7对ZPMC焊工和QC进行焊前母材准备培训并且执行于所有相关生产中。Train ZPMC welders a

32、nd QC on proper base metal preparation prior to welding and implement there procedure in all related fabrication.8焊接时的热输出不能低于WPS规定的最低值或高于最高值。Heat input while welding shall not be below WPS minimum or exceed WPS maximum.处理意见Disposition1.碳刨前进行预热,温度不低于65度。2缺陷被完全清除后必须准备一个正确的接头形式。具体的接头形式参见批准的焊接工艺规程(WPS)。

33、3将碳刨处打磨光滑。4用MT或其他无损检测方法证实缺陷被完全清除。5根据WPS要求焊后加热和控制好道间温度。6焊后进行后热处理,温度为230度-315度。时间不少于1小时。7按图纸要求检测焊缝。1.Preheat before gouging, the temperature is not below 65C;2.Gouge off the weld completely ,and must prepare a right joint ,the joint details should refer to the approved WPS-repair;3.Grind smoothly the

34、gouged surface;4.Check with MT or other NDT method to make sure the defect remove completely;5.Preheat and the interpass temperature control according to the WPS-repair;6.Postheat after welding ,keep the temperature between 230and 315C. not less than an hour;7.Check the welding according to the appr

35、oved shop drawing.1. 刨除焊接缺陷。2将碳刨处打磨光滑。3如果客户要求,用MT或其他无损检测方法证实缺陷被完全清除。4根据WPS要求焊后加热和控制好道间温度。5焊后进行后热处理,温度为230度-315度。根据碳刨深度决定后加热的时间,一般25mm加热一小时时间,但最少不少于一小时。6按图纸要求检测焊缝。1、Gouge off the defect weld;2、Grind smoothly the gouged surface;3、If Users request , check with MT or other NDT method to make sure the de

36、fect remove completely;4、Postheat and control the interpass temperature according to the approved WPS-repair;5、Postheat after welding, keep the temperature between 230C and 315C. Deciding how long the post heat time is according to the gouged depth. Generally per 25mm an hour, but not less than an hour;6、Check the welding according to the approved shop drawing.专心-专注-专业
