1、精选优质文档-倾情为你奉上英语课程标准(2011年版)和(实验稿)变化整理一、具体修订内容改动摘要 (加黑部分为核心变化)(一) 前言部分突出外语教育不再是精英教育,而是大众教育,国民素质教育,是国家开放的需要,是对外交流的需要,并强调其在我国社会发展、经济建设等方面的意义和作用。(二)课程性质 将义务教育阶段的英语课程的性质界定为“具有工具性和人文性双重性质”。(三)基本理念基本理念部分的修订以突出英语学科特点的思想为原则,修订原小标题及内容,使英语教育的特点一目了然,同时,在每一条理念中再次强调英语教育的工具性与人文性以及语言学习的渐进性与持续性特点。(四) 课程设计思路明确指出了了英语课
2、程设计的总体思路,提出了科学发展观和先进的外语课程理念为指导,立足国情,综合考虑我国英语教育的发展现状,从义务教育阶段起,建立一个以学生发展为本、系统而持续渐进的英语课程体系。(其中,七级为高中毕业的基本要求,八级和九级是为愿意进一步提高英语综合语言运用能力的高中学生设计的目标。)(五) 课程目标本次修订将课程目标按照总目标与分目标进行表述。保留从语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识五个方面描述英语课程目标。1 总目标将原课程性质部分的“义务教育阶段英语课程的任务”移至课程总目标部分,修改描述为:“义务教育阶段英语课程的总体目标是培养学生初步的综合语言运用能力,五个方面相辅相成。课
3、程总目标还从学生的语言能力、思维能力和文化意识的发展等方面进一步阐述了课程总目标的工具性与人文性紧密结合的特征。2 分目标为了更好体现不同级别之间的差异和过度,本次修订对分目标中一至五级分级整体目标描述作了仔细的文字修改使之更为准确,以体现级别间的差异和进阶关系。(六) 内容标准此次修订对各级别总体目标要求保持不变,只在具体要求上做适当调整。具体调整如下:1根据全国反馈意见与建议,在语言技能(听、说、读、写)的要求上进行调整,有的适当降低难度,有的修改文字以更好地体现表述的准确性,有的个别目标要求也略有提高。如:1) 一级语言技能的“听做”要求中,将让学生能“根据指令做手工”的要求改为:“做动
4、作”;因为各地教学资源和条件不同,要求学生根据指令做手工不具有可操作性。(降)2) 一级语言技能的“玩演”要求中,将“能用英语做游戏并在游戏中用英语进行简单的交际”改为“能在教师的指导下用英语做游戏并在游戏中进行简单的交际”。(降)3) 将一级语言技能的“玩演”要求“能表演英文歌曲及简单的童话剧,如小红帽等”改为“能表演简单的英语短剧”。(表述准确性)4) 在一级语言技能的“读写”要求中,增加“能模仿范例写句子”的要求;(升)5) 将二级目标描述中的“说”的要求中的“语调达意”改为“语调基本达意”;(降)6) 在二级目标描述中的“说”的要求中增加“能就日常生活话题作简短叙述”;(升)7) 将二
5、级目标中“说”的要求“能在教师的帮助下讲述简单的小故事”改为“能在教师的帮助和图片的提示下描述或讲述简单的小故事”;(降)8) 将二级目标中“写”的要求“能模仿范例写句子”修改为能根据图片、词语或例句的提示,写出简短的描述。(升)9) 减少一级和二级语言技能中要求学生能唱的歌曲歌谣的数量, 从原来的一级和二级能够分别会唱15-20首和30-40首英文歌曲和歌谣减为能够学唱10-15首和15-30首英文歌曲和歌谣。(降)10) 将三级目标中“说”的要求“能在教师的指导下参与简单的游戏和角色扮演活动”改为“能在教师的指导下进行简单的交流”;(表述准确性)11) 将三级目标中“读”的要求“能理解简短
6、的书面指令,并根据要求进行学习活动”改为“能理解并执行有过学习活动的简短书面指令”;(表述准确性)2 在语言知识的要求上所进行的调整和修改主要是为了更好地体现对小学阶段英语课程的指导性。对五级目标的修订主要是为了提高表述的准确性。主要修订内容如下:1) 将原二级目标中对“语音”的要求从“知道字母名称的读音”改为“正确读出26个英文字母”;从强调语音知识转为语音能力。2) 在原二级目标的“词汇”要求在原700词汇的基础上,确定了小学阶段的423个核心词汇,要求学生能初步运用这400个左右的词汇表达二级多规定的相应话题。其余200-300词作为扩充词汇,根据教学进行学习。修订后的要求有利于不同地区
7、和不同资源条件和教师条件的学校的教学在都能在帮助学生掌握这400个词汇的基础上有一定的灵活性。3) 明确了小学阶段对语法的要求:“理解以下语法项目的表意功能并能在特定语境中运用:1名词的单复数形式;2主要人称代词和形容词性物主代词;3一般现在时,现在进行时,一般过去时,一般将来时等时态;4表示时间、地点和位置的常用介词;5简单句的基本形式。”以前的要求没有明确小学还是初中,使得一些小学教师不清楚语法到底需要学习哪些内容,结果是增加了教学的难度、教材的难度和考试的难度。4) 在二级目标描述中对“语言功能”的要求进一步明确为“了解和运用表示问候、告别、感谢、邀请、致歉、介绍、喜好、建议、祝愿、情感
8、、请求等交际功能的基本表达形式。”为小学教学更明确了需要学习的语言功能的内容。便于教材编写、教师教学和评价测试。5) 将二级目标“话题”要求中的植物内容删除,文字也做了相应调整:“理解和表达有关下列话题的简单信息:个人情况、家庭与朋友、身体与健康、学校与日常生活、文体活动、节假日、饮食、服装、季节与天气、颜色、动物、数量、时间等相关意念内容。”6) 调整并重新描述五级目标描述中对“语法”的要求:“1理解附录“语法项目表”中所列语法项目并能在特定语境中使用;(后同原课标:2了解常用语言形式的基本结构和常用表意功能;3在实际运用中体会和领悟语言形式的表意功能;4理解并运用恰当的语言形式描述人和物;
9、描述具体事件和具体行为的发生、发展过程;描述时间、地点及方位;比较人、物体及事物等。”)3 在情感态度的要求上进行的调整和修改,如下:在二级“情感态度”的目标描述中,增加“遇到困难,主动求助,勇于克服”,并将描述顺序调整为:“1能体会到英语学习的乐趣;2敢于开口,表达中不怕出错误;3. 对各种英语学习活动有兴趣;4积极参与各种课堂学习活动;5在小组活动中能与其他同学积极配合和合作;6遇到困难,主动求助,勇于克服。”4 在二级“基本策略”的目标描述中,增加“在课堂交流中,注意倾听,积极思考”;5 在文化意识的要求上进行的调整和修改如下:1) 在二级“文化意识”的目标描述中,增加“了解一些日常交际
10、中的中外文化差异”;2) 在五级“文化意识”的目标描述中,增加“了解英语国家中的人际交流习俗”;并将“加深对中国文化的理解”改为“关注中外文化异同,加深对中国文化的理解”。(七)实施建议1 除了增加导言部分外,对教学建议逐条进行了整合和文字修订,突出体现英语课程的工具性与人文性的双重性质。同时,对英语教师在教学实践中实施课程标准提出了更加明确和具体的要求。2 本次修订所选的大部分案例都选自于一线优秀的英语教师。本次修订还将原教材编写和使用建议中的使用建议部分简化,移至教学建议中。3. 这次修订还对评价建议进行了逐条修订。还对评价案例进行了重新整合和调整,补充了大量的可操作性比较强的评价方式和方
11、法,分为小学和初中两个部分呈现,在各自部分又以形成性评价与终结性评价两种方式呈现,更突出了对小学和初中不同阶段的评价指导。(八) 附录部分重新修订了义务教育阶段的总词汇表,补充了一些常用词汇,替换掉了一些不常用的词汇,义务教育阶段英语总词汇量(1600)不变。对小学阶段的词汇量要求也不变(700左右)。撰写了小学英语技能教学参考建议,以加强对小学英语教学的指导。此外,话题表和功能表中属于小学阶段所应涉及的部分,也在一、二级的目标要求表中分别列出。(九) 其他 将实施建议中的“教学案例”与“评价案例”移至英语课标的附录部分。 二、五级语法项目变化整理(标红处为变动部分,红色删除线的去掉部分)原课
