32、022|FIFA扩展阅读：酒店工程部2022年工作总结工程部2022年工作总结二0一一年十二月二十五日工程部2022年工作总结2022年工程部在酒店领导的正确领导下，各部门协助与配合下，通过全体员工的努力，积极做好设备保障运行，能源和维修费用控制，较好地完成了年度计划任务。2022年随着三期工程的交付使用，酒店经营规模的扩大，工程部将加大对能源的管理和设备保障工作，积极开拓思路，寻求更加有效地管理模式。为总结经验，查找不足，以便做好明年的工作，现将11年的工作简要汇报如下：一、费用指标完成情况2022年1-11月份能源475万元，其中（康乐1-3月费用17万元）占收入5175万元的11%，较计
33、划758万元减少283万元，2022年1-11月能源585万元，同比减少110万元。（康乐1-11月费用98万元）2022年-11年1月-11月酒店总能源使用对比：用电量233万度，较计划400万度减少167万度，较去年同期284万度减少51万度；用水量5.5万立方，较计划15万立方减少9.5万立方，较去年同期7.4万立方减少1.9万立方；厨房天然气量9.1万立方，较计划15万立方减少5.9万立方；较去年同期11万立方减少1.9万立方；蒸汽量3282立方，较去年同期3753立方减少471立方；空调天然气量46745立方。较去年同期44710立方增加2035立方；11年冬季供暖全部使用天然气。二
34、、11年主要工作完成情况1、正门转门维修及更换转轮和轴承。2、卫星电视机柜由总机移至二十层电梯机房，改善信号质量。3、检修制作间排烟风机，维修旧转笼节约资金5000元。4、调整4层灯光控制，完善酒店的亮化工程。5、海鲜池展柜调整位，检修使用正常。6、西侧地沟内消防管道更换。7、配合保安部更换消防中心电视增卫运行10年。8、检修蒸汽换热设备，做到确保供暖正常。9、检修电脑房UPS电源，更换电池21块。10、对酒店高压设备做预防性试验，确保酒店供电正常和安全运行。11、检修客房门锁、集控保养，改造空调控制。12、配合酒店施工改造，做好能源的控制和拆除，及施工用水、电的管理。13、跟进施工进度，了解
35、施工质量，多提合理化建议。14、做好锅炉工的培训取证工作，确定把安全工作放在首位。15、调整锅炉运行方式，最大限度节能和降低运行成本。三、内部管理情况严格酒店各项管理制度，同时制定部门内部考核制度，奖勤罚懒，多劳多得。1、坚持班前班后会，加强安全生产教育，对维修项目随报随修，下班前对维修进行清查和跟踪。2、逢节假日、重大活动，召开全体人员会议，落实计划内容，明确责任人，确保完成工作任务。3、亲情管理、主动谈心，了解员工在想什么有什么事情需要帮助。解决员工后顾之忧。4、鼓励员工参与管理，积极参与技术革新、改造，全年提出合理化建议10余条。5、客房实行万能工管理制度。四、能源管理、谁备管理方面在本
36、年度，能源价格又有新的调整，其中电费上调0.0378元，电费有较大增加。工程部加强能源使用及管理，杜绝跑、冒、滴、漏，及时更换节能产品。加强能耗巡检及分拆，做到每天抄表、每天分析，发现问题及时解决，不定期对酒店各部门进行检查。做好设备勤维护，并指导使用部门爱护设备，正确使用与保养，减少不必要的维修费用。在维修过程中，抓好替代产品的使用。及时解决设备的维修难题，想法做好技术改造，确保经营需要。努力改善设施设备运行状况，几年不能解决的问题，得到了较好解决方法。（如客房热水问题、餐饮制冰机、西餐厅排烟等问题）。五、优秀员工工作表现1、空调班祝淑琴技术好，工作认真，带领空调班完成酒店空调、锅炉的保养和
37、运行工作。全年安全运行无事故。2、维修班马川州工作吃苦耐劳，积极带头，团结同事。一致受到同事们和经营部门好评。3、电工班王磊工作认真，独挡一面，攻克性强，受到同事好评。4、万能工庞海晏在客房工作期间，任劳任怨、一人承担二人工作，较好完成客房维修任务。六、存在问题1、因建筑结构问题，生活水二次供水无消毒设备，水质不稳地。2、员工主动节能意识有待进一步加强3、由于计量表的分布及数量不合理，给能源消耗控制与分析带来不便4、酒店人员流动频繁，对设备的使用维护进行的不到位，使用培训有待加强。5、二期新增空调系统（风冷机组）利用率低，造成浪费。七、2022工作计划1、2022年能源费用计划558万元，维修
38、费用计划77万元。2、继续完善设施设备的管理、监督和培训，对操作人员进行专业培训，延长设备使用寿命。3、随着能源价格的上涨，酒店经营成本增加，能源管理势必更加细化，部门加强能源的管理。4、酒店一期经营已经8年，部分设施的更新列入计划，例如：电脑显示器、餐饮部分制冷设备、厨具、店标、凉水塔填料，东门雨棚、车场理石地面、eps应急电源、监控等。直燃机为原大厦设备，已经运行14年，其中3号直燃机铜管泄漏，需列入大修理计划5、二次供水增加消毒设备，确保二次供水安全。6、神鸟工程安全维修处理7、工程太阳能热水系统安装8、公寓7楼屋面防水工作9、。锅炉余热回收装安装。10、增加客房高低区热水备用交换罐。1
39、1、冷却塔填料更换12、餐饮增加新风通风系统13、配合酒店三期工程改造。14、继续配合淄博店做好设施的管理和改造工作五、建议1、针对前期工程存在的防水问题，三期工程应加强管理，确保工程质量2、10-20层客房的存在问题较多，建议对此区域逐步进行停业改造3、通过多年的节能工作，基本上将水电气降低到了一个较低的水平，要想继续降低或保持降低的能耗水平，将节能工作常抓不懈，就要寻找新的节能途径，比如太阳能等，坚持数据分析，杜绝高耗能设备的使用。4、三期工程在保证工程质量的前提下，完善计量装的配备，以便更好地对能耗进行分析与控制4、完善企业文化，组织员工集体活动，增加员工的凝聚力和向心力。5、增加外派培训和学习机会，提高业务技能，了解设施管理新经验，提高创新和改造能力。工程部2022年12月25日工程部年工作总结二0一一年十二月二十五日82022第 13 页 共 13 页
