1、缺血性脑小血管病患者认知功能障碍与血清碱性磷酸酶的相关性【摘要】 目的:探缺血性脑小血管病(CSVD)患者认知功能障碍(CI)与血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)的相关性。方法:选择2021年1月-2021年7月就诊于九江市第一人民医院的84例CSVD患者,按照其是否存在CI分为两组,将存在CI的43例患者设为研究组,将41例无CI患者设为认知正常组,同期另选择40例健康体检者为对照组。测定三组受检者血清ALP水平,比较三组血清ALP水平、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分,分析CSVD患者CI与血清ALP的相关性。结果:研究组血清ALP水平高于认知正常组、对照组,MoCA评分低于认知正常组、对照组,
2、差异均有统计学意义(P 0.05);认知正常组血清ALP水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P 0.05);认知正常组与对照组MoCA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P 0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示:CSVD患者MoCA评分与血清ALP水平呈负相关(r=-0.942,P 0.05)。结论:CSVD患者体内ALP水平升高,其水平与CI密切相关。 【关键词】 缺血性脑小血管病 碱性磷酸酶 认知功能障碍 相关性 Correlation between Cognition Impairment and Serum Alkaline Phosphatase in Patients with Isc

Conclusion: The level of ALP in patients with CSVD increased, which is closely correlated with CI.
