1、托吡酯结合丙戊酸钠治疗小儿癫痫的近期效果【摘要】 目的：探托吡酯结合丙戊酸钠治疗小儿癫痫的近期效果。方法：选取2021年7月-2021年7月丹东市中心医院妇儿院区收治的60例癫痫患儿，采用随机数字表法将患儿分为对照组和研究组，各30例。对照组采用丙戊酸钠治疗，研究组采用托吡酯结合丙戊酸钠治疗。比较两组患者的近期疗效、不良反应发生情况、瘦素、BMI、血清S100B、肿瘤坏死因子-（TNF-）、胶质酸性纤维蛋白（GFAP）、神经元特异性烯醇化酶（NSE）、生活质量。结果：与对照组相比，研究组近期总有效率较高（P 0.05）。与对照组相比，研究组不良反应发生率较低（P 0.05）。与对照组相比，研究
2、组治疗后的瘦素、BMI、S100B、TNF-、GFAP及NSE水平均较低（P 0.05）。与对照组相比，研究组治疗后的生活质量各项评分均较高（P 0.05）。结论：与单一丙戊酸钠治疗相比，丙戊酸钠联合托吡酯治疗癫痫患儿的效果更为明显，不良反应少，可有效改善其体重，降低血清指标，显著改善生活质量，值得临床应用。 【关键词】 托吡酯 丙戊酸钠 癫痫 Short-term Effect of Topiramate Combined with Sodium Valproate in the Treatment of Pediatric Epilepsy/SUN Xiaolong. /Medical I

Method： A total of 60 children with epilepsy admitted to Womens and Childrens Hospital Area of Dandong Central Hospita
