1、青年教师才艺展示青年教师才艺展示各位评委各位老师,大家下午好!我演讲的题目是开在未来的花儿。其主题是:应试教育阻碍了孩子的个性发展,扼杀孩子的创造力。Goodafternoon,ladiesandgentlemen:Ihaveafriendwhojuststartedhiscareerasateacherinaprimaryschool.Weeksago,Hecameandaskedmetoraiseatopicforhismid-termcompositiontest.Iwascuriouswhyhechoseme,becauseheisateacherhimself.Myfriendsai
2、dthathewantedsomethingthatthestudentcanreallyshowtheirdifferentideas.Withoutthinking,IaskedhimtoletthestudentstowriteaboutwhattheywoulddoiftheyweregivenonemillionU.S.dollars.MyfriendleftwithsatisfactionandIfellintomyoldmemories.Itremindedmeofmytimeinprimaryschool.InourChineseclass,ourteacherrequired

5、genuineemotion.Butourteacherthoughtthecontentwas“unhealthy”,Iamsureyouknowtheclingfishmeaningofthisword“unhealthy”.Thatwas15yearsago.Youreadaboutthesecompositionsandyoufeelthathalfofourpeopleareblind,soallthesekidscanhaveachancetohelpablindmancrossthestreetandeveryoneofushasaholeinourpocket,soallthe
6、sekidscanhaveachancetopickuplostmoneyandgiveittopolicemen.Ithasalwaysbeenourdreamtoopentheheartsofchildren.Weencouragethemtodescribetheirdreamandweactinthewayasifwearealwaysreadytoaccepttheirthoughts.However,childrenarescaredbythezeromarkedontheirpapers.Theyaretrainedtosaywhatwewanttohear.Peoplecomp

8、展示青年教师的艺术魅力,全面加快我校青年教师队伍建设,提高整个青年教师队伍的综合素质,全力打造一支师德高尚、业务精湛的教师队伍,经研究决定我校将举行“秀我才艺炫我风采”青年教师才艺展示活动。二、活动主题:青春魅力尽显风采展现才艺秀出个性三、活动要求:动态现场表演的力求风格独特,富有创意;静态作品要求内容真实,形象生动,当场展示。四、参加对象:19*年以后(包括19*年)出生的青年教师,其他教师也可积极报名参加。五、活动时间:202*年*月*日下午5:20(星期四)六、活动地点:*大会议室。七、活动内容:1.声乐:美声、民族、通俗唱法不限,歌曲曲目自定,时间为3至5分钟。2.舞蹈:民族、儿童、现代舞均可,时间为3分钟左右。选手服装、音乐、道具自备。3.器乐:选手乐器自备,演奏时间为5分钟左右。4.演讲、相声、朗诵:选手围绕积极的主题进行5分钟左右的演讲、朗诵。5.书法、绘画:选手自备材料。6.曲艺:时间不超过10分钟。7.魔术、武术或其他:时间不超过5分钟。八、活动要求:可个人报名参加,也可组合参加,报名表于202*年5月12日前交。九、奖励办法:此次活动将根据参赛节目数、评委分数按一定比例评出一、二等奖若干名。*党支部、工会、团支部二一二年年*附件1:*“秀我才艺炫我风采”青年教师才艺展示活动报名表展示形式序号姓名动态静态节目名称人备时间数注第 4 页 共 4 页
