1、冀教版学英语Book7 Lesson 24 Again,Please教学设计一、教材分析在本单元,Li Ming 与Danny, Jenny和Jenny的家人共度圣诞节。学习一些关于圣诞节的传统和基本词汇,知道圣诞节是北美文化中一个十分重要的节日。教学目标: 语言知识. 能正确听、说、读、写下列词汇:名词card, Christmas, Christmas tree, holidayfestival, lights, SantaFather Christmas, something, song, star, thing, toys;动词bring, give, invite, open; 时间

2、副词yesterday, today, tomorrow以及形容词 special. 听懂会说短语:Merry Christmas! Have fun together. Put up(lights, Christmas tree). This is for you. What would you like for Christmas? I would like_. 语言技能、 通过对图片的描述和简短的问答进一步了解圣诞节。、 读懂有关圣诞节的小故事,能根据短文内容做练习题。 情感态度、 在融洽的课堂氛围中,引导和鼓励学生敢于开口,积极参与课堂学习活动。、 在小组活动中与同学合作,培养合作精神

3、。、 在游戏中练习单词,培养学生记忆单词的兴趣。 文化意识 通过配图小故事增加学生对圣诞节的了解,培养学生的跨文化意识,并结合身边的日常生活,激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣。教学重点:本单元的重点词汇和句子。教学难点:在情景中灵活的运用所学知识。二、学习对象分析:本课的授课对象是六年级学生,通过本单元的学习,已经掌握本单元基本词汇,了解了圣诞节相关知识。所以在设计本课时安排了大量的练习和对本单元知识的扩展内容,以期达到巩固和延伸的作用。三、板书设计:Lesson 24: Again, Please! 4、Class Opening and Review (4 minutes )1. Greeting.2. Show a calendar of December 25th on the board, then ask questions:What day is it? Whats the date?What festival is it? (Christmas)We sing carols at Christmas. Lets sing a Christmas song: “Oh, Christmas Tree!”【设计意图】 师生同唱圣诞颂歌走进圣诞节,烘托节日的气氛,为学生营造轻松愉快的学习

5、氛围,吸引他们积极参与到课堂的学习活动中来.Step II: Review the main ideas of Unit 4 (12minutes)1、Christmas tree, lights, gifts, star. Christmas is a special holiday festival. (Show the picture of a festival on the screen.) starlightsChristmas thingsChristmas tree Christmas giftsThis is a festival. We like to make fires

6、on festivals.We put up Christmas trees at Christmas. (Show the Christmas tree.) Whats this? (A Christmas tree) What can you see on the Christmas tree? ( lights, gifts, star, Christmas things)、Santa, put up We will play games about Christmas. Lets divide the class into two teams. One light on your Ch

7、ristmas tree will be lighted up for each right answer. At last, the team with more lights up win. (Show the picture of Santa on the screen) then ask:Do you know who he is? 11、tes)、Pre-reading (questions): What do children put at the end of their beds before they go to sleep? How does Father Christmas (圣诞老人)come into the house? What does Father Christmas do when he gets into the house? Do you think there is really a Santa in the world? Who is Father Christmas in Jim and K

12、ates house?Ask 1-2 students to read the questions, and show the story on the screen.、Story: Christmas Day is on December 25th. On Christmas Eve, children are very happy. They put their stockings(长袜)at the end of their beds before they go to sleep. They want Father Christmas(圣诞老人)to give them some pr

13、esents.Mr. Green tells his children (Jack and Kate) that Father Christmas is a fat merry man. He comes on Christmas Eve(圣诞夜). 20、stmas【设计意图】在前面综合复习的基础上,安排大量的练习巩固运用本单元所学内容。以比赛的形式进行,鼓励学生积极参与,赢得比分的同时,培养自信心和学习英语的兴趣。Step VI: Class closing (2 minutes)1、Count the scores of the game.2、Homework Make a Christmas card, and send it to your friend or your family. 3、Say “Merry Christmas! ”to each other.【设计意图】在轻松愉快气氛中结束一节课,给人一种意犹未尽的感觉,期待下节课

21、快快到来。开放性的作业可以使学生运用所学知识,发挥想象,使课堂教学得到延续。【课后反思】:本课是一节复习课,主要复习有关圣诞节的相关知识及主要词汇。词汇量大,而且比较松散,如何把这些语言点随着课堂教学的开展活动起来,凝聚在一起,充满新的气息,是这节课的关键所在。为此,我从以下几个方面进行设计:一、歌曲导入,学生在课的开始便沉浸在圣诞节的欢乐氛围中,师生一同走进圣诞节,轻松自然地开始英语课堂的学习。二、分割知识点,创建活动的课堂,用活动把各点从部分到整体贯穿起来。把本单元的词汇按照他们之间的联系分割成几部分,创设情景,开展活动,避免枯燥单一的复习。如,由一幅节日焰火的美丽画面引出“Christm

22、as trees”,展开复习。充分利用语言的交际功能,创设情景,引导学生灵活运用所学知识进行交际。可爱的圣诞老人又把大家带到“点亮彩灯”的比赛中,每个正确的回答都可以点亮自己小组圣诞树(画在黑板上)的一颗彩灯,学生们争着回答问题,在“Ask and answer”的高涨热情中,灵活运用所学知识进行交际,点亮彩灯,得到了肯定,找到了自信。三、增加语言的输入,扩展知识。学生乐于了解有关英语国家的信息,配图小故事,帮助他们了解圣诞节,增长见识。四、在活动中评价自己,在评价中体验快乐。“点亮彩灯”是贯穿本节课的中心活动,它不仅是对小组的评价,也是对个人的评价,有自评和也有他评。学生的每个质疑和不同的见

23、解都可以得到点亮一颗彩灯的奖励,这颗灯既点亮了圣诞树,也点亮了学生自己。在愉悦、宽松、平等、合作的课堂氛围中,让学生有积极的情感体验。五、培养学生识记单词的兴趣,不断探索单词教学的新思路。”BINGO”游戏的设计,意在通过小组比赛,督促学生掌握单词,程度好的学生有机会展示自己,落后的同学可以在比赛中找到差距,迎头赶上。六、这节课中,圣诞故事的小问题,如果改用简单句提问,学生会更容易理解。整节课沉浸在圣诞节的欢乐气氛中,一句“Merry Christmas!”一节课在优美的圣诞歌声中结束。【点评】:1本课教学设计对语言技能的涉及较全,听、说、读、写兼顾。注重对学生学英语兴趣和自信心的激发和培养。

24、注重情感态度的培养和语言文化的渗透。设计多种活动活化课堂,活动的设计目的性较强。2本课是复习课,将知识点分割归类来复习。是一种思路,内容体现较清晰。3小组竞赛采用点亮彩灯的方式来记分,既跟单元内容紧密相连,又能让学生更清晰地看到自己小组的成绩,更加激发学生的竞争意识,紧紧抓住学生的注意力。效果很不错。4Bingo游戏不仅仅复习了单词的拼写,更重要的是游戏最终成功的随机性大,不分层次,没有等级,每位学生都有成功的可能,很大程度上激发了学生的参与热情和兴趣。从而在某种程度上也激发了学生学英语的兴趣。5建议:Step 3: A Christmas story属于扩展內容,放在基础知识的练习后边出现的话,我个人感觉会更合理些;各知识点复习完后可以设计一个小组活动,各小组选自己感兴趣的圣诞內容表演出來,可以提前布置下去课堂表演,也可以布置成作业。使学生真正将所学內容化成自己可以用、可以表达出来的东西。真正活化语言。
