To form the third person singular of regular verbs, we add -s to the infinitive. We add -es to verbs that end in -s, -sh, -ch, -x or -o.3. Most irregular ver
5、bs also form the third person singular in the same way. There are some special verbs such as “be” and “have” and the third person singular form of the verbs have to be learned, i.e. “is” and has.4. To make the verbs in the third person singular negative, we use the auxiliary, or helping verb “does”

The auxiliary do is also used in wh questions, e.g. What does he do? do is used to form closed or yes /no questions.Step 4: Practice1.This activity reinforces and practices the correct pronunciation of the new vocabulary.2.
