3、新课呈现(Presentation)1.Lets try. 来源:学#科#网先请一位学生读句子,解读题意。然后出示问题:What does the first dinosaur eat?Which dinosaur is taller?播放第一遍录音,学生仔细听录音,听清录音内容。播放第二遍录音,学生限据录音内容,给两个问句选出正确的答语。要求学生独立完成练习。待学生完成后,再次播放录音,全班一起跟读,检查正确答案。2.Lets talk.三、新课呈现(Presentation) (续)(1)参观博物馆。T:(出示一张台历卡,指着星期六)What day is it today?Ss:Its

(4)带领学生逐句朗读对话,纠正发音,然后讲解对话中的重难点知识。How tall is it?它多高?How tall的意思是“多高”,是一个疑问词组,用来提问某人或某物有多高。如:How tall are you?你有多高?Im 1.66 metres. 我1. 66米高。Its taller than both of us together.它比我们两个加起来还高。在英语中,两者进行比较,强调“一方比另一方”,可使用“形容词比较级than”结构。both意为“两个都”,其后常跟名词或
7、代词,构成both of结构。如:Both of the cats are asleep. 两只猫都睡着了。I bought both of these bottles in China two years ago. 两年前我在中国买了这两个瓶子。Both of his daughters are doctors. 他的两个女儿都是医生。四、巩固延伸(Consolidation& Extension)1.练习对话。让学生两两一组练习对话,注意模仿录音中的声调和语气。教师巡视指导。请几组同学表演对话,纠正错误的发音,表扬表演出色的小组。2.自编对话。请学生看“Lets talk”部分对话下面的句子,两人一组仿照Zhang Peng和Mike的对话,编新对话,谈论彼此的身高和年龄。同桌练习,教师巡视指导。最后指名几组同学表演对话,并回答问题。五、课堂小结(Summary)师生一起总结本节课所学的词汇和句型。Unit l How tall are you?The First Perioddinosaur, hall,metre,than, both How tall ?Im metres.
