1、2022批复例文：批复写法 批复范文：批复的写法 一、批复的性质和特点 批复是上级机关答复下级机关请示事项的答复性公文，具有权威性、针对性和指示性等特点：1、权威性。批复发自上级机关，代表着上级机关的权力和意志，对请示事项的单位有约束力，特殊是那些关于重要事项或问题的批复，经常具有明显的法规作用。2、针对性。凡是批复，必需是针对下级机关请示事项而发，内容单纯，针对性强。3、指示性。批复的目的是指导下级机关的工作，因此批复在表明看法以后，还应当概括地说明方针、政策以及执行中的留意事项。 二、批复的写作 1、标题 批复的标题有两点须要特殊强调： (1)关于发文单位。批复的发文单位即行文主体，既不能
2、不写，也不能随意略写或简化。 (2)关于事由。批复的事由大致有两种写法，一种是用表示关联范围的介词“关于”加上请示或批复的事项来表述，如国务院关于19912000年全国治沙工程规划要点的批复;另一种是在“关于”和请示或批复事项中间再插入一个表态动词“同意”来表述，如国务院关于同意开放航空口岸的批复。 2、正文 批复的正文一般由三个部分组成： (1)引语 批复的开头通常要引述来文作为批复的依据，引述的方法有四种：第一种是结合请示的日期引述，如“年月日来文收悉”;其次种是结合来文的日期和文号引述，如“年月日号文收悉”;第三种是引来文日期和来文名称，如“年月日关于的请示收悉”，第四种是引述来文日期和
3、请示事项，如“年月日关于问题的请示收悉”。 (2)主文 主文是批复的主体，这部分应针对下级机关请示的事项，表示同意与否的看法，有时还要阐述同意或不同意的理由。答复请示事项针对性要强，答复要明确详细，简明扼要，表达要精确无误。 (3)结尾 是批复正文的最终部分，它的写法有三种：第一种是提行写“此复”或“特此批复”;其次种是写希望和要求，给执行恳求事项的答复指明方向;第三种是秃尾，就是请示事项答复完毕就告结束，此种结尾方法运用的频率越来越高。 要写好批复还应留意以下几点：第一，有核实请示缘由的真实性，探讨请示所留意所提看法或建议的可行性，有些状况应先作调查探讨;其次，凡请示事项涉及其它部门或地区的
