2、象中的童话世界。望着孩子们那一张张纯真可爱的笑脸、一双双天真烂漫的眼睛,想象自己身上的责任,我觉得我没有理由嫌脏、嫌臭、嫌烦。在繁忙的每一天里,我起先关注每个孩子的吃喝拉撒,了解每个孩子的性格爱好,熟识每个孩子的喜怒哀乐,把自己的心紧紧的和孩子们联系在一起。从今我深深爱上了幼教这平凡的事业,坚决地走我自己选择的路。三年后,我转入中心幼儿园任教,始终当班主任。很多挚友都说:“当幼儿园老师最舒适,每天和小挚友一起唱歌、跳舞、玩嬉戏,无忧无虑,真是世上难得的好职业。”每次听到这些话,我的心里尽是酸甜交加,酸的是,人们对幼儿园工作了解不深,以为幼儿园老师只会陪小挚友们随意玩玩,忽视了幼儿园老师的辛苦和
3、培育祖国幼苗的神圣职责;甜的是,我们成了人们心目中最欢乐的天使。但“欢乐天使”真的就无忧无虑吗?其实,在孩子们快乐的笑声中包含着老师们多少的艰辛。每一个故事、每一首诗歌、每一个嬉戏、每一样玩具,都是老师们细心选择和制作的,孩子们的每一个表情、每一个动作,老师们都要细心的视察。为了孩子们能在美丽、舒适的环境中学习,我们每学期开学后连续一个多月都要剪剪、贴贴、画画、涂涂离园时已灯火通明,家人惊奇地问:你们这么仔细这么忙,有多少奖金?其实别说奖金就连加班费也少的可怜。而当孩子们笑着说:“老师,好美丽啊!”、“老师,真好看啊!”我们心里装得却尽是甜甜的蜜。后来由于工作须要我兼做农村幼教辅导员,每月骑车
4、颠簸于全镇各个农村幼儿班。为她们传递幼教信息,给她们讲幼教学问、教学技能,听她们上课此刻我深感学问的缺乏、实力的薄弱。为了提高自身素养,在繁忙的教学之余我不断充溢自己的教化教学理论学问,主动参与各种培训、进修,仔细练好扎实基本功。97年拿到的大专毕业证,98年取得的老师资格证,以及许多各种竞赛荣誉证书等等。101年9月,领导突然把我叫去让我担当幼儿园管理工作。从未想过会去管理一个集体的我不知所措。工作是别人信任你才支配的,我想说不,都不行能。此刻的我不在乎合同制老师的地位,也不在乎微簿的每月200元工资,焦急的是自己学问底蕴的不足、管理阅历的空白。于是我想方设法虚心请教,园中大小事情、轻重活儿
5、、会与不会的我都要试着、学着去做。为此经常放弃双休日、国假日,当他人周日假日在“方城大战”中乐此不疲时,我却还必需工作、学习,晚上还得把因开会、培训、教学管理而拉下的教学工作做好、做完。为使自己及早的胜任这份工作,我参与了苏州市中小学校长岗位培训班,靠着对事业的执着和坚韧的毅力,很顺当结业了。结业论文“人的管理 ,以情为桥”现入选由国家出版社出版发行的教化教学丛书中华教化教学论坛一书中,并获优秀论文一等奖;为适应现代化教化教学工作的须要我主动参与计算机课程并取得中级证书。参与苏州市幼儿园园长培训班,参与教化管理本科进修,等等。至今自身素养得到了大幅度提高使我更坚决了走我自己选择的路。几年来,中
6、心幼儿园在校领导的支持关切下、在老师们的共同努力下,正稳步走上规范化。升了二类园,家长学校达标了;通过了卫生保健合格单位验收;近几年来老师德论文、案例在省、市级报刊中频频发表获奖;区级优秀班主任、教坛新秀、师德标兵的涌现,等等,这不就是最好的见证吗?就这样走过人生最珍贵的青春岁月,走过一段无悔的青春之路。虽平凡,但不平淡;虽贫困,但不贫乏。期间我也曾有过彷徨和迷惘:金钱和权力支配下的异样目光,冷嘲热讽的言语;跳槽、下海的种种诱惑但我没有自卑和退却,我坚信我自己的选择。只是,在坚信之余让我时时感到歉疚的是对家庭缺少照看,总觉得对公婆尽职不够,更让人耿耿于怀的是母爱没能尽情的浇灌到儿子身上。看人家
7、母亲对子女呵护有加,就更感愧对儿子童稚的目光。由于儿子年幼体弱常常生病,差不多每月就要轮到一次。记得一次半夜儿子发高烧,吃过退烧药后早上体温正常,于是,我给他吃了两片消炎药上班了。中午儿子体温却升了,等下班去医院一量39、6,医生说:“你是怎么当母亲的,烧的这么高也不早点来看,烧坏脑子怎么办?”当时我的眼泪止不住地流下来我也不想,可是天下哪有母亲不爱自己子女?爱子女是母亲的本能,而爱孩子是我们老师的天职,老师的天职就在于奉献。我既然选择了她,就无怨无悔;我既然追求了她,就必需执着坚韧。在这块幼教的绿土上,静默地耕耘,静默地奉献,用爱心和汗水实现自身价值。或许你会问:一个代课的,那么舍命图什么?
