1、2022年作文:均衡膳食(Balanced,diet) 篇一:均衡饮食 英语 均衡饮食 “民以食为天”,“人是铁,饭是钢,一顿不吃饿得慌”,有什么比吃饭还重要?但是吃什么才能满意身体对养分的要求?我们须要均衡饮食。 人的的身体要正常的运转,就须要汲取各种养分元素,维生素,蛋白质,糖类,矿物质,等等,这些都是健康的身体所必需的,想要获得这些养分元素,我们就必需吃均衡搭配的食物。另外,我们还要杜绝垃圾食品,吃健康食品,防止有害元素对身体的影响。 随着生活水平的提高,我们能选择的食物越来越多,假如只是依据自己的喜好去选择单一的食物,你就会汲取不到一些养分元素,这将会对你的身体造成很大的危害。我们只吃
