combine your knowledge with my experience意为“把你的知识与我的经验结合起来”。5. D。
Its the same with/ So it is with/ The same is true of.
1D。由后文提及的“to wait tables”及“carry the heavy
3A。依据“that first week”及“when Saturday night came”可知,这一周一切进展顺利,只是到了后来才出了事情,sth. goes well表示事情进展顺利,为常用搭配。4B。
8D。由这一段叙述及“I was pleased with everything and.”和上文提及的“I still felt it a little hard to carry th
15B。根据下文的“Then,I got itI had set my trays on his wifes orthopedic walker.”
18B。上文提及了作者觉得尴尬,而且这里又用了“I wanted to get into a hole”,故应该是找个洞钻进去躲起来。19D。
从该词的源处得知它与死尸有关,再从倒数第三段“It is his guess that a hidden closet in some old English country home may
、have turned up a real skeleton.” 4. A。 根据全文可知B、C、D三项是错误的,再从“It became very important in his work.” Recently I went to the cinema to see a film named Let the Bullets Fly. I think the film doesnt let the audience down and of course
